Dear Ms. Robinson:
I am writing to you to inform you about several inconveniences I had with one of your employees. I had an awful
experience with this employee and I would like some action to be taken.
The first inconvenience I had with this employee was that on the day we were supposed to first meet he showed up
late. Along with being late, he had no legitimate reason for being late, and gave me attitude when I asked. I had an
appointment later so I only had 1 hour to meet with him, but since he was late, the meeting was only half an hour.
Another problem I had with this employee was that he was very rude. Whenever I inquired about the service he
would give me attitude and very vague answers. When customers pay for services, they should be able to ask
questions to make sure that everything will be done the way they want.
Finally the last and biggest problem I had with this employee was that after all the questions I asked and all the
descriptions I gave him about how Ii wanted the room to be, he still got it wrong! I asked for the walls to be dark
grey with burgundy accents around the room and I even showed him the exact colour I wanted, but he painted the
room black and red. So now I have to pay for a room that is not the way I want it to be.
I wrote this letter to inform you about the inconvenience I had with one of your employees so that the problem that
Ii had could be fixed and that this doesnt happen to future customer. Due to the fact that I am unsatisfied with the
job that has been done I ask that someone come over and redo the room for free, so that I can be satisfied with the
job, and get my moneys worth. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
