Dear Ms.Robinson:
I am writing this letter to you in response to the letter you sent explaining an experience you had
at our tattoo parlour. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you had with one of our
employees.
I would like to apologize again for the rudeness of my employee, and the error on your tattoo. I
would like to inform you that your requests will be met. We will be giving you a free cover up,
and the employee that did your tattoo will be given some serious repercussions and will be put
through a customer service workshop. In addition we will be giving you a coupon for $20 off
your next tattoo.
In conclusion we are sincerely sorry about the inconvenience you had at our tattoo parlour. We
thank you for sharing your experience with us so that we can make sure that this doesnt happen
again. We hope to see you again.
