The change we
need; the voice we
deserve

About me:
Im Eddeh!, currently running for Directorate and my
rank in HIA is Executive Owner.
Ive been with Habbo since 2009 and HIA since October
2014. I worked my way up from Recruit to High Rank,
and then interviewed for Trial Leader and Founders
Cabinet. I received FC, and was lucky enough to gain
the role of an ex-EC from all the hard work I had put in.
Finally it was 2015, and I got promoted to the
Ownership division that has got me where I am now.
Past Experiences:

Founder at the Habbo Global Bank (With over 20k members on


main badge)
Worked in UN. Had the Operations Division Rank.
Became 2iC in SWAT (Bens)

Why I want Directorate is quite simple, and I wont make this a whole hour
long speech.
Questions you might ask e.g.;
Why do you want this position?
What needs to be improved in HIA?
And why should we vote you?
Will all be answered.
My objective is to improve HIA in certain areas and do things that no one else
has yet done, whilst helping everyone become a real family with equality and peace.
I'm not like other people. I want to actually do something instead of saying, "We
should do this and this!" and then not take any action. Let me share my ideas and
thoughts with you. Together we can expand our knowledge and become stronger.
This is not about big plans and big talks anymore, our actions should be prioritized.
We all focus on the outside of HIA, how it looks. But we need to change the
inside. Behind the scenes there is bullying, abuse of power, unfair treatment and
people turning on each other. We need to improve our higher ranks and help the iC
roles. To remove bullying inside and out of HIA. As a family we need to treat
everyone equally no matter what issue has occurred and to listen to each other.
HIA has lots of ways to communicate, but we need to listen and learn from
others as well as ourselves. Then ask yourself, is this right? Is what Eddeh said
true?
HIA is also lacking RR and BA for Oceanic Time Zones. With my role, I will
make sure to choose the right and deserving people to hold these management
abilities. HIA shouldn't have to put up with trolls in HQ, this is your opportunity to
stop them so why miss it?
A directorate must have the capabilities, skills and talents to fulfill such a big
role in HIA. I know myself, I have all three as well as confidence.
This might seem like not a lot to you, but to me it is a lot and I want you to
believe in me, in my words and trust me. Because I know what I want to do and I
want everyone to help me, support me, and work aside me.
If we can do that, I assure you that HIA will become something like no other
agency has ever been and we will go down in Habbo history.
Because I am the change you need, and the voice you deserve.

I have thought of an idea to improve our pay system.


Pay will consist of 3 groups/divisions
when pay is called, these groups will line up in order to collect their pay
and then return to their stations.
1. Agent - Trainer
2. High Rank - Office of Administration
3. High Management +
This structure will,
* Reduce lag in HQ (Preventing d/c)
* Create less cutting in lines
* Make CTH more efficient
* Ensure stations not completely empty
* Hallway will be neat/tidy & presentable
* Pay lines will be more controllable
* Be easier to tell who has/hasn't been payed
The rules apply:
* Must have 60 minutes to receive pay
* Must stay 30 mins after pay or it will result in ban for next pay time.
* Once the doors close, you cannot be let back inside until pay is over.
* People cutting the line will miss pay.
* If you do not have a trading pass, a promotion will be provided for you.
* If d/c occurs, 3 people must vouch all with 60 minute online times.

Higher ranks need more promotions. Lower ranks are all talk right
now and leaders are taken out of the picture.
We need to support out future iC's and give them what they
deserve.
We need to build up our high divisions and fill them with hard
working people that deserve it.
Promotions are handed out easily to lower ranks, and this is
challenging for higher ranks due to the large amount of time they must
wait during each and every promo, on top of having to be in base for
long amounts of time.
If we can help the higher divisions achieve big goals, HIA will have
a strong foundation and no other agency can over take its
successfulness.
To make sure our divisions are equally laid out and receive the
promotion they deserve we need to,
A) Lessen times between promos for higher divisions
B) Ensure hard working people are rewarded
C) Continue to praise those who make HIA proud for who their members
are and what they can achieve
Can we support the high ranks?
I think we can.

To end my manifesto, I just want to say that,


whoever will have this opportunity of being the new
directorate, I say early congratulations to you. And I
know that you are deserving.
We need someone to re-create this family and bring
out the best in everyone so vote for what you think is
right and will help HIA as a whole.
I say thank you for all those who supported me.
Thank you for all those who motivated me to run for this
position. If I win, I will make sure not to disappoint all
who have been there for me. Honestly, I wouldnt have
done it without everyones help.
I do want everyone to remember that,
I will be the change you need, and the voice you
deserve.
