MONTHLY PIPE CLEANING & SANITATION

1. Make sure footbath is prepared with Antibac (at 2 entrance doors)

Pastikan footbath disediakan (2 pintu masuk)
2. Wash floor with Antibac B before start pipe dismantle and cleaning
Cuci lantai dengan Antibac B sebelum membuka & membersihkan pipe
QA - At the same time QA will Do filler nozzle & nozzle pipe swab
QA - Pada masa yang sama, QA akan buat swab nozzle dan pipe nozzle
3. Separate the swabbed nozzle in a separate bottle. Record the swabbed
nozzle pipe number
Asingkan nozzle yang swab di dalam bekas botol yang berasingan. Rekod
nombor nozzle pipe yang swab
4. Clean all the pipes with sponge and high pressure gun
Bersihkan semua pipe dengan menggunakan span dan high pressure gun
5. Change Antibac B water if the water is dirty
Tukar air Antibac B sekiranya air kotor
6. After cleaning, soak all the pipes and nozzle in clean Antibac B water for
about 15 30 minutes.
Selepas bersihkan, rendam semua pipe dan nozzle di dalam air Antibac B
yang bersih selama 15 30 minit
7. Place back all the pipes and nozzle. Make sure the swabbed nozzle are placed
on its actual nozzle number.
Pasang semula semua pipe. Pastikan nozzle yang swab dan nozzle pipe
dipasang semula di nombor yang sama.
QA Take swab sample for after cleaning
QA - Ambil sample swab
8. Fill the FST with water together with 4000g Antibac B
Penuhkan air FST dengan 4000g Antibac B
9. Flush Antibac B water from FST to filler machine to nozzle (clip)
Flush air Antibac B dari FST ke Filler ke Nozzle (klip)
10.After Antibac B water come out from nozzle, stop and soak entire filler for 1
hour.
Selepas air Antibac B keluar dari nozzle, stop dan rendam selama 1 jam.
11.Flush Antibac B water and clean water until no Antibac Check DPD (use clip)
Flush air Antibac B dan air bersih Check DPD (Guna klip)
12.Take nozzle sample (2 set each nozzle) for MBT
Ambil sample nozzle (2 set setiap nozzle) untuk MBT
