After the allotment of seat the candidates will be required to pay an amount of Rs. 40,000/-, as part payment of the academic fee, in the University account. However, the balance amount of the academic fee for the Programme B.Tech/M.Tech (Dual Degree) (CET Code-131) in the respective institute shall have to be paid by the candidate from 14" Aug, 2014 to 20 Aug, 2014, only after generation of the Admission Slip. The candidates are advised to refer to Part C of the Admission Brochure uploaded on the admission website ipuadmissions.nic.in and University Website ipuac.in for the balance amount of Academic Fee to be paid in the College/ Institute after the allotment of seat, at the time of reporting to the respective College/ Institute. 2. The reservation policy, the policy for allocation of seats for Delhi Region and Outside Delhi Region are all given in the Information Brochure uploaded on the website. Candidates are requested to go through complete information as already given. Before filling up the choices candidates are advised in their own interest to read each & every instructions. 3. In the 3rd Round of Counselling after the allotment of seats for the reserved category candidates in category SC, ST, PH, DEF, the seats if any remaining vacant in these categories, will be converted to unreserved category (General category) in accordance with the conversion policy of the University. ‘The conversion of reserved seats will be as per the procedure as given below: @ For Delhi Region Candidates ny seats remain vacant in Delhi ST category (DST) after allotment of seat to all CET ‘qualified registered eligible DST candidates, these vacant seats in DST will be first offered to CET qualified registered eligible Delhi SC Category candidates (DSC). DST——+ DSC and vice versa If any seats remain vacant in Delhi SC category (DSC) after allotment of seat to all CET ‘qualified registered eligible DSC candidates, these vacant seats in DSC will be first offered to CET qualified registered eligible Delhi ST Category candidates (DST). DSC ——> DST and vice versa After allotment of seats to all the DSC & DST category candidates, if any seat remains vacant in the DSC/DST category seats, these vacant seats will be offered to the candidates in unreserved category (General Category) in Delhi Region For Outside Delhi Region Candidates If any seats remain vacant in Outside Delhi ST category (ODST) after allotment of seat to all CET qualified registered eligible ODST candidates, these vacant seats in ODST will be first, offered to CET qualified registered eligible Outside Delhi SC Category candidates (ODSC). If any seats remain vacant in Outside Delhi SC category (ODSC) after allotment of seat to all eligible CET qualified and registered ODSC candidates, these vacant seats in ODSC will be first offered to eligible CET qualified and red Outside Delhi ST Category candidates const). After allotment of seats to all the ODSC & ODST category CET qualified registered candidates, if any seat remains vacant in the ODSC/ODST category seats, these vacant seats, will be offered to the candidates in unreserved category (General Category) in Outside Delhi Region For Subeategory PH, Def: If any seat remain vacant in PH and Defence category in Dethi or Outside Delhi Region, these seats will be offered to the unreserved category (General Category) in that particular region (e.g. Delhi PH / Delhi Defence category seats will be converted fo Dethi General category seats and Outside Delhi PH / Outside Delhi Defence category seats will be converted to Outside Delhi General category seats). (iii) Reservation of seats for Kashmiri Migrant are supernumary and therefore no conversion will be done, if any seats remain vacant. 4. The candidates who have participated in the Online counseling process for allotment of seat will have to deposit the part payment of the academic fee of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) to ensure that the allotment is confirmed. After payment of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only), as part payment of academic fee, the candidate shall be able to generate the Academic Fee Receipt. The candidates who have submitted the academic fee of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) and generated the Academic Fee Receipt can also exercise the option of withdrawing admission from the allotted seat (in Round 01 & Round 02) online and generate the Withdrawal Slip. However, for withdrawal of admission from the allotted seat (in Round 01 & Round 02), it is also mandatory to visit Admission Branch of University in person with the print out of Withdrawal Slip along with the relevant documents like cancelled cheque of bank account in which the refund is to be credited. The refund of part payment of the Academic fee will be done after the deduction of Rs 1000/-. The candidates are further advised to collect the receipt for submission of the Withdrawal Slip along with other related documents before leaving the Admission Branch, which the candidate must carry and preserve for all future reference. Documents to be submitted by candidates in the Admission Branch in person for Withdrawal of Admission after Round 1 & Round 2 within the specified date in the given schedule: i, Allotment Letter i. Please note that withdrawal of admission is only permissible in accordance within the dates as given in this schedule, vi, No refund of fee will be permissible after the scheduled date for online withdrawal is over. vii. The candidate who successfully withdraws their admission online but he/she fails to report and submit the document in person to the Admissions Branch as per the scheduled date as given in this schedule will have no right to claim refund of fee. viii. No refund of fees will be permissible after the last date of withdrawal in Round 2 is over. ix, No refund will be permitted for those candidates who are allotted a seat in Round 3 and then deposit Rs. 40,000/- as there is no provision for refund of fee after 3rd round of counseling. 6. Documents to be submitted in the college /Institute after allotment of seat at the time of reporting: (i) CET Admit Card(Original*) (ii)_ Print out of the Registration Form Gi) Print out of the Allotment Letter iv) Print out of the Academic Fee Receipt of Part payment of Rs 40,000/- (¥)_ Print out of the Admission Stip with Enrolment Number (vi) All Original Marksheet of qualifying Examination {12std/Graduation/ Post Graduation(semester wise)} whichever is applicable (Original* & photocopy) Proof of Date of Birth (Secondary School Certificate- Original* & one photocopy) i (viii) Reservation Certificate, as per requirement, for candidates secking admission in Reserved Category. (Original* & photocopy) (ix) Conduct and Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution from where the qualifying ‘examination has been passed or from Gazetted Officer (Original* and One Photocopy). (x) Certificate of Medical Fitness to be signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner holding a degree not lower than MBBS in the format as given in Appendix 6 in Part E of Admission Brochure. (Original*),. * All Originals excepting Cet Admit card , Medical Certificate and conduct and character certificate will be returned to the candidate after verification. The photocopies of all the certificates will be retained by the institutes.
