In signing this contract I agree to:

Collaborate and participate in a positive manner with my group
Do everything that I can to get the job done and help out my group
Try my best
Respect all members of the group
I understand that if I fail to participate and meet my responsibilities as a group member, I will be
subject to dismissal from my group by my peers or by my teacher.

Procedure for dismissal:

1. Written warning by the teacher or group for misconduct or breach of contract
2. If there is a 2nd issue the student will be put under review and need to complete an improvement plan
3. If the student breaks the improvement plans they may be dismissed from the group. The group will have a
meeting and the majority vote by the group will be the final decision. The group may also vote to keep the
student and create a probationary contract in which new expectations are established for the student to
follow.
4. If you are dismissed from a group you may interview with other groups. If the groups majority votes for
you to join you will be allowed to join them, but a new contract would need to be signed by the group. If
you are not able to secure another position with another group you will work as an individual on the
project.
This contract may not be broken without the majority vote of all stakeholders.
