    DEMAND LETTER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT

    First Order, Inc.

    8767 Roxas Avenue, Makati City
    Dear First Order,
    The purpose of this letter is to give formal notice of your breach of our agreement
    regarding the loan of Php 15,000,000.00 covered by the promissory note dated
    February 13, 2016 issued by us Republic Corporation.
    Due to the refusal to release the amount of the loan agreed upon, Republic Corporation
    was constrained to secure a loan from another creditor. To our disappointment, this
    resulted in unecessary damages due to the delay in the acquisition of funds which the
    First Order should have delivered pursuant to the agreement.
    Accordingly, Republic Corporation is demanding the payment of damages resulting from
    the breach of contract by the First Order in the amount of Php 3,000,000.00
    Please feel free to respond to this letter as soon as possible in order to settle this issue.
