few questions on her experience while being vegan
Interview questions:
1. What/who inspired you to be a vegan?
2. Why would you recommend this lifestyle?
3. Have you faced any troubles with your help whilst being vegan,
if so what have problems have you faced?
Dairy is generally known for being high in calcium and good
for your bones. But the dairy industry never speaks about the
health risks and suffering that comes along with consuming
dairy.
One thing that is never spoken about in the dairy industry is
the pus content in milk.
Milk contains hundreds of thousands of dead somatic cells
otherwise known as pus cells.
The cows are injected with a growth hormone that makes the
produce more milk, as a result of this the cows are prone to
painful udder infections called mastitis.
When the cows go to be milked the pus from the udder infection
goes into the milk. One 8oz glass of milk contains around
130,000,000 pus cells.
So why not eggs?
But eating eggs you are supporting a horrible and violent
industry, hundreds of thousands of dead chicks are ground up
and murdered every year.
Some are suffocated but most of them are put into meat
grinders alive

Even if the eggs are organic, free range or cage free you are
still buying into the industry of murder
Not only this but eggs are really bad for you as the have
really high cholesterol which causes heart disease
Researches have said that eating eggs is as bad as smoking
cigarettes in the process of causing conary heart disease,
eggs are a carrier of salmonella more than 100,000 Americans
are poisoned with salmonella poisoning through egg consumption
every year.
There is a sigma around veganism that you can get enough
protein to support your body, however meat dairy and eggs
arent the only sources of protein out there. There are lots
of vegan foods that contain protein some of these are:
Broccoli, soy milk, chickpeas, lentils and tofu you can easily
get enough protein through eating these foods.
The only vitamin that you cant get through a vegan diet is
B12, b12 is a vitamin that is rich within meat and fish, and
its needed for the production and stabilisations of nerves
and white blood cells.
You can buy b12 supplement pills in any local pharmacy which
will be enough to support your body.
