    Do you feel that the City of Dallas has embarked on redlining our city? Do you feel that the City of Dallas continues to perpetuate a socio-economic segregated city? Read more. Attached is the amendment you can file with HUD to have you, and any other individual added, as an Aggrieved Party and Complainant. When you file this with HUD containing the signatures (Lockey and MacKenzie)and agreement, you will be on absolute equal footing as the original complainants and aggrieved parties (Lockey & MacKenzie). Note: Legal “Standing” is the big issue. You, and all people that live in the neighborhoods of these proposed sites have “Standing” because your neighborhood and community are being negatively affected by these unlawful acts. Also, you are being deprived of your right to live in integrated neighborhoods by these unlawful acts by Dallas City Hall. It is recommended to include the above phrase “Standing” argument in the body of the e-mail with this form attached.
