PER CURIAM.
Plaintiff Joseph Vecchio brought suit under 42 U.S.C. 1983 against Angelo
LaMonica, the chief of police of the Winthrop Police Department. The district
court granted summary judgment for LaMonica on all the federal claims and
remanded Vecchio's two remaining state law claims to state court. We affirm.
Affirmed.
