In order to live our life fully in these first years as a Teacher in a Catholic School, it is important to develop
spiritual practices which will nourish and support us in times of stress and busy-ness. This workshop will
explore such disciplines as meditation and mindfulness and how they might support our wellbeing.

Primary: Teachers believe it is their role to create positive relationships lets unpack this Mindframe of
Effective Teachers together and look at supportive aspects of classroom management to engage students
in learning in the Primary school context.
Secondary: How do we help our students engage in social, emotional and academic learning? Lets talk
about student development, prevention, early intervention and creating positive learning environments
in the high school context. This workshop will take the form of a Q&A session where we can explore some
of the successes, concerns and problems that have the greatest importance to you.

Catholic Schools so that we can make a difference?
