Visuals supporting the vision will be credited. As Is Model, To Be Model. Proper notification and details are Business Process Model required. Data Management Initial project plan to be submited and then the final plan will be submitted along with the final presentation. The final plan will be Project Plan updated based on the updated statuses. Responsibility assignment matrix of "Who is doing what" in this project submission and not of the MIS solution being made for the RAM client. Complete entity relationship diagram with all many to many relationships properly addressed. Entities, attributes and ERD relationships should be clearly labelled. Table structures showing primary keys, foreign keys and the Schema relationships mapped. Sample reports of what will the management want to see and how the reports will look like. Teams should be able to clarify the Business reporting linkage between the reports and the data being captured. How will you make sure that your solution is secure? How are you utilizing IT as an enabler. Discuss in detail all the IT components that your proposed solution is leveraging A high level analysis should be done detailing all costs associated with your solution along with all the savings or incremental Basic impact analysis - cost/ benefit analysis revenues incurred due to the same. This should be like a marketing piece, putting together the entire Presentation project - packaged for "selling"
