Message from our Principal, Bunnie
Dear Families/Whanau,
Sincere thanks for all your help with our Garage
Sale. This will help the $3.50 per week per child for
the Dance Classes. As you all know we only asked
you for $2 per week per child. Sincere thanks to
our Whanau Group for organizing this. We can
only offer these experiences for our students if we
have your support.

Our end of term Celebration of Learning will be WEDNESDAY 6th July


starting at 1.45pm in the hall. Please note the change of day. We will
be celebrating the work we have completed this term. We will have
our Spanish Dancers, Kapa Haka, Samoan Group and of course a
celebration of our Dance Lessons which will involve the whole school.

On Saturday I went to Lower Hutt, because I was going to the pool.


First I did a big SPLASH. Then I did a cannon ball.
I went under the water.
I felt happy.

Inter-Zone Cross Country Tuesday 21st June for Year 4-8 is held at Richard Prouse Park in
Wainuiomata. We have Y4Renee, Leah, Keira, Ari, Flynn and Y5 Carlos, Ata, Danny
competing. GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!

Miniball Finals!!! Thursday June 23rd at 5pm, court 4. Congratulations Epuni Giants they will
be playing for 3rd & 4th place. Good luck team!!!

Spare ClothesWith the cold and wet weather we are finding a lot of children are falling in

puddles or having accidents, so lots of wet clothes. If this is happening with your child it would
be great if you could pop a spare set of clothes in their bag.

English Language Learners Visit


The Tasty Indian Curry
A small group of our ELL children got to visit Shankys mum and
dads Indian Restaurant on Waiwhetu Road last week. They
got to experience and watch the amazing cooking and sample
some of their amazing food. Thank you Mr & Mrs Sinha.
