This document provides information about a workshop on Mawangdui Daoyin Shu qigong movements taught by Wei Shen Ming on July 17th, 2016 from 2-7pm at the Tian Cheng Culture Centre. The Mawangdui Daoyin Shu movements are based on those found in ancient silk paintings excavated from Han Dynasty tombs in Hunan Province.
