Risk identification of the air gun boat

Preventive measures
1man overboard, drowning
a, The HSE department must organize training section for personnel man overboard emergency
exercise before working in water.
b, Rubber boats equipped with rope buoy and boarding personnel must wear the correct life jacket.
c, It is strictly prohibited to sudden rapid refueling, hand driving or sharp turns, in case the man
overboard.
d, The operator should to observe the surrounding obstructions or other unsafe factors when the
operator drive the rubber boat to prevent the collision caused man overboard.
e, Boarding personnel or goods loading must be uniform in order to ensure the ship balance.
2, Boat Collision
a, Each person take the vehicle must insure that is good condition which it is audited by the
project HSE officials .
b, The passengers must in accordance with the specified sequence of vehicles and sit tight. Forbid
spend any part of the body out of the car.
c, It is prohibited play, slapstick and sleep in the vehicle and talk with the driver when the vehicle
is running.
d, The passengers must to insure the vehicle is stopped when they get off and forbid to crowded.
3, the ship construction
A, The operation staff working on water must ensure to participate in the relevant safety training.
B, Strengthen the propaganda and training for staff to improve staff awareness and skills of
ship fire.
C, the operator must wear life jacket when they operation on the board.
D, each people cant walk freely in the deck of a ship.
4, the high pressure gas leakage

a, The operating personnel should strictly implement the rules of operation for the post
safety technology, ground inspection, ground maintenance, regular elimination and replacement of
parts.
b, The operator shall not operate high pressure manifold. The irrelevant personnel prohibited close
the high pressure manifold. The rubber boat should keep more than 100 meters from the air gun
boat when the air gun boat production.
c, There need one person at the out of the gun ship for watch to ensure that neither personnel or
ship close the pressure manifold and insure the air gun normal work when the air gun working
when the air gun is working. The instrument in time to stop the operation through a gun boat and
release the high pressure gas when there have some person close to the air gun ship for inspection.
d, The air gun depth should meet the relevant requirements. It is strictly prohibited
to enhance depth.
