Research Title: Elimination of Oil Seal Leakage in 5 Speed Transmissions.

Synopsys:
As a Project student at Research and Development team of Mahindra & Mahindra worked on resolving issue
with Oil Seal Leakage commonly seen in 5 speed transmission. This mainly in mining area and etc main reason
for this is due to over heavy load and low quality rubber using like NITRILE rubber and lack of care during
operation. It can be eliminated by using VITON Rubber which can withstand high temp. And care should be
taken during process.

Research Title: Design and development of 3wheeler tyre to improve tyre life of 4.00-10XM RIB for the new
model Bajaj vehicle
Synopsys:
Part of the Research and Development Team at Falcon Tyres responsible in design and development of size
4.00-10 tyres for an upcoming 3 wheeler automobile from Bajaj auto. The rheological properties were designed
using the CATIA, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) and the methodology adapted was APQP
Methodology.

Responsibilities
Generation of 2D manufacturing drawings.
Design & Development of jobs components.
Creation of model, drawings, assemblies.
Knowledge of GD&T symbols.
