THEME
1. A Day in the Life of a #HealthierPH Hero: Realizing the Dream of a
Healthier Philippines
Feature the story of a local health champion who had been
instrumental in implementing your project in your community. Your
#HealthierPH hero could be a doctor, a Barangay Health Work (BHW),
a community leader, or even a beneficiary of the project.
Wed like to know the people outside your team who helped your
projects to become successful.
2. Ako. Ikaw. Tayo. Nagkakaiba, Nakikipag-bayanihan Para sa Mas
Malusog na Pilipinas.
Show us how youve made your community healthier. Present what
youve accomplished with your projects and its impact to community.
Tell us how the community was like before your intervention, and how
it is now after your team has finished your project.
Wed like to know what positive changes your project has brought to
the community members and the community as a whole.

VIDEO-MAKING GUIDELINES

1. The contest is open to youth groups with members aged 18-30 years old, in school or
community-based. The group/organization may not necessarily be officially
registered, as long as it exists for at least six (6) months
2. Documented community health projects must be ongoing or implemented within the
past year to present.
3. Video entries must be at least 2 minutes and at most 3 minutes long.
4. Entries must be an original work and based on the actual health-related projects
implemented. Materials (i.e. music, images, and videos) that are owned or
copyrighted by others may not be used without explicit written permission from the
copyright holder.
5. Videos may be shot using any camera (i.e. point-and-shoot, DSLR, camera phone,
etc.) as long as the video output complies with the required technical specifications.
6. Contestants will be responsible for all production costs of the videos.
7. All submissions will become property of Unilab Foundation, Inc. (ULF). Thus, the
Foundation will have the permission to post it in its official social media accounts.
8. Profane language or personal attacks to people or organizations are strongly
prohibited.
9. Unilab Foundation, Inc. has the discretion to disqualify videos with inappropriate or
unsuitable content.
10.Video must have Filipino or English subtitles for scenes with dialogue in the local
dialect.
