Hes believed to be in possession a of Thermonuclear arsenal and is holding the West Hostage.

Camera moves Closer.

M (V.O)

Report to Q Branch for debriefing.

Cut to; Bond walks into a room and goes to speak.
Camera pan Right 90 to see Q Siting at a table.
