Diet Chart

Avoid
Sugar In any form Sweets ,chocolates,Ice cream..
Vegetables with high starch-Potatoes,Colocasia,Yam,sweet potatoes..
Rice preparations
Maida Preparations in any form
Milk products and milk with cream or fat(Full Cream Milk)
Ghee, Butter ,fried preparations like puri,paratha,.
Fruits with high sugar content like banana chiku,mango,grapes,lichee,papaya,figs .
Egg yolk,sausages,organ meat like liver ,kidney ,brain
Fast foods.
Minimize the use of Non-Vegetarian food items Especially Red Meat.

Use
Take green vegetables rich in fibre like bitter gourd,snake gourd ,lettuce ,French beans ,
,broccoli,mushrooms,red peppers .Drum stick,,green peas.sweet corn,onion etc.
Take wheat flour preparations with bran,
Rice ,after eliminating the starch water
Skimmed milk and Milk products
Use less oil preparations ,preferably steamed food
Take Cherries ,plums ,grape fruit, peaches, pears, kiwi ,orange, sweet lemon or melon ,apple,
dried apricots ,prunes etc

Note *
Avoid any thing cold ,esply Yoghurt
No carbonated drinks
Use warm water for drinking ,as well as body wash
Drink atleast 12glasses of water
Start your day with an apple
Start meal with a glass of warm water
Or with a mix veg salad
