Holds GCSE English Language and Maths at Grade A C (or
equivalent)
RSA II typing qualification or equivalent or relevant typing
experience including audio
NVQ/BTEC Level II Business & Administration
Experience
Secretarial/administrative experience
Experience of working with general public and/or NHS
professionals
Demonstrate and understanding of customer care/ability to
work with sensitive and confidential information
Experience of using MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience of working in the NHS and understanding of
medical terminology and national targets
Knowledge
Knowledge /understanding of the Data Protection Act
Knowledge /understanding of Trust IT systems
Ability to teach others acquired knowledge and skills
Ability to facilitate change within the work area
