    There are many farms in east Anglia and this is due to the fact that the land I flat
    which allows the ground to be used for framing. In addition to this it has very
    fertile soil which again allows plants to grow well. Finally it is close to motorways
    which allow the farmers to sell the produce

    Kellogs has chosen to locate it factory in Manchester because the land is flat
    which makes it easy to build the factory on. There is also a large population
    which means that there is lots of labour available. There is a big market for the
    products and it is close to road links such as the m60 motorway.

    Crownpoint has chosen to locate it retail park in Manchester because the land is
