The LED Indications in the table reflect the different states that can be observed in
the System Module.
In cases where un-commissioned modules are installed or attached to other
un-commissioned modules then the LED colour may not match the meaning as
described in the table,for the corresponding 'commissioned' case, i.e. a blinking red
LED in an un-commissioned module does not mean that the module is faulty.
Always use the active alarms and alarm history with the LED status to identify BTS
faults.
