Features of Chandranna Bima Insurance Scheme:
Unorganised workers in state with age between 18 to 70 years are eligible.
Every person who are not a part of organized or registered employee are
eligible to register.
SERP will take the implementation of procedure of enrollment under
Chandranna Bima Scheme. Data Entry, maintenance of data base, hard
Copies of Applications management will be done by SERP. SERP stands for
Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty.
If any Unorganized worker or daily labour applied previously for Pradhan
Mantri Suraksha Bima yojana, Aam Admi Bima Yojana schemes can enroll
again for Chandranna bima Insurance Scheme.
Insurance Calim amount in Chandranna Bima Scheme:
5lakh for Accidental death of person. if total Disability 2.285 lak from State
Accident Death & Disability SCheme, 75000/- under Aam Admi Bima Yojana
and 200000/- under Pradhan mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana is awarded.
It seems this bima or insurance Scheme is a combination of State & central
Schemes.
362500/- for partial Disability: 2.25 laks under State government policy and
100000/- from PMSBY scheme and 37500/- from AABY scheme.
30000/- for Natural death under Aam Admi Bima Yojana.
12000/- per year scholarship is given to two children of policy propser up to
Intermediate or Equivalent.
