When you have multiple

lights and cameras
plugged in at once it can
cause the a surge in
electricity. Thankfully
thought a lot of the
equipment were using is
portable, so it shouldnt be
too much of an issue.

Kitchen

Crew and

N/A

There are lots of minor

risks filming in a Kitchen
presents, from possible
knives, sharp counters to
accidentally knocking on a
hot plate for example, but
all of these come down to
the crews spacial
awareness and I dont
think its that bad.

N/A

Ensure that crew are

aware of their workspace
around them on the shoot
to avoid anything like this.

URSA Overheating

1 1 - Low

Equipment

Ensure the on
board fan is
working.

This shouldnt be an issue

as the URSA doesnt
really have overheating
issues but if were running
it for a long time in warm
temperatures it may
become an issue.

URSA being
unbalanced on Tripod,
possibly leading to it
falling off.

2 4 - Low

Equipment

Ensure that the

camera is properly
levelled &
balanced at any
chance.

The tripod that we are

using is slightly under the
weight requirements for
the URSA. Now from our
testing it hasn't been a
problem as long as you
keep it balanced on the
Tripod. Crew operating
the camera will be notified
for this problem.
