Bangalore

At the outset, I would like to thank you for the opportunity to present our
company to your organisation.

We are a leading facility services company with a Pan India presence and
a strong track record of providing quality services consistently to some of
the most prestigious companies in India and overseas. Our headquarters
are Bangalore and we are situated barely five minutes away from your
apartment complex.

Please find given below the detailed facility management proposal. I hope
it is in line with our discussions so far. Look forward to taking this ahead at
the earliest.

Objective of the Proposal


The Canopy is a premium apartment complex situated in H.R.B.R, North
Bangalore. The complex has around 200 apartments with a well equipped
clubhouse & swimming pool. The complex also has a well landscaped
garden area. The total built-up area of the complex is around 2.2 lac sq ft.

SRB Kluh has vast experience in maintaining facilities of prestigious &


demanding corporate like Motorola, Proctor & Gamble, Avaya, Asian Age,
Macmillan Publishing as well as hotels, airports and housing complexes in
India and abroad.

The strong and well developed processes of SRB Kluh coupled with a well
trained work force enable it to deliver better quality at more competitive
prices.

SRB Kluh made a presentation to The Canopy committee members – Mr


Kishore Jaisingh, Mr Debsundar Dutta and Mr Manish Madhukar.

Important Additional Information:

- 100% of the services & manpower provided by SRB Kluh will be through
its own employees and not through sub vendors, thus ensuring complete
accountability and quality.

- Our Site Manager supported by a well trained team will ensure turnkey
facility management thus relieving committee members of day to day
issues & tasks.

- Proximity of The Canopy to our Bangalore office will ensure adequate


and fast backend support w.r.t training of staff, replacement with staff on

bench in case of attrition / absenteeism and quick reaction time in case of


any urgency / emergency.

- Based on our assessment, our proposed manpower cost is not only


competitive to The Canopy but also ensures a higher monthly take home
salary for the employees at site.

- Importantly our prices are inclusive of the latest minimum wage


requirement by the government and also compliant with all statutory
compliance requirements like ESI, PF etc. This safeguards the liability of
The Canopy as the principal employer.

Part 1 - Manpower

Part 3 - Consumables
To be borne directly by the Association. Includes consumables like diesel, water, electricity,
garden and cleaning consumables etc. Our estimate is approx Rs 75000 to 90000 per month
but can vary depending on actual usage. Our team to monitor and curb cost.

Part 4 - Complimentary Machine Cleaning


Once every 4 months, complimentary machine scrubbing of all common corridors by imported
scrubbing machine costing more than Rs 2 lac. Shining corridors with increased life span of the
flooring.

* Credit period of 30 days. Client needs to pay on completion of 30 days
