This assignment was a group project that analyzed a series of process recordings. In this
task, the team identified the various dynamics of the group we assessed. The dynamics defined in
the panel was its beginning, middle and ending phase. The culture and climate of the group have
been evaluated to form a plan of action. The interventions used toward the members of the group
by the group's facilitator has been assessed. This assignment addressed the implementing of
prevention interventions that enhance client capacities and helped resolve client's problems.
