Declaration and Claim of Adverse Possession I, Stuart Andrews Ronaldson, acting in my capacity of Trustee for The Burgess Trust, a trust published within the jurisdiction of The United States of America, do hereby on this 23rd day of June, 2016, make this declaration and claim of adverse possession of the following property herein described to wit, Parcel I-6212 Burgess Ave. and Parcel-II-6214 Burgess Ave. Beginning, Lots #44 and #45 as shown on a plat filed with an agreement between Alexander Slayman Jr., et al and Walter P. Meyers and his wife dated September 22, 1928 and recorded among the Land records of Baltimore City in Liber S.C.I. 5068, folio 259, and BEING the same property which by deed, recorded among the Land Records of the city of Baltimore in Libor 1956 at Folio 126, was granted and conveyed to Walter R. White Jr. and Estella R. White, and BEING the same property which by deed, recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber 7270 at Page 637, was granted and conveyed to Stuart A. Ronaldson, As Sole owner, and BEING the same property which by deed, recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber 7270 at Page 637, was granted by quit claim to The Burgess Trust wherein Stuart Andrews Ronaldson is Trustee, and also known as 6212 and 6214 Burgess Ave. Baltimore, Maryland, 21214 and corrected to 6212 and 6214 Burgess Ave. Baltimore city, State of Maryland, The United States of America, NAC 8LLM3 PJRNT, to have and to hold without restrictions. This declaration is hereby in possession of the owner of record, wherein that record being recorded in Liber 7270, Folio 637 to remain in the possession of the heirs, successors, assigns and successor trustees of The Burgess Trust forever unless the aforementioned trust disposes the aforementioned property.
