PTM Board Meeting Minutes

Date and time: January 19, 2016 6:30pm

Meeting was called to order at 6:34pm

Old Business: Approved minutes from November

New Business:
Change in Board member positions.
Amanda stepped down
Amber to be Secretary
Maryia to be Member at large. This is in addition to her volunteer
coordinator position.
Marla to be Vice President

Change in Pick Up- Presentation by Lynn M safety Coordinator and Matt

Cline police officer.
Car pick up moved to 3:20pm after buses leave. Cars will pull through Buss
area where kids will be lined up on sidewalk. Kids will then be loaded into the right
vehicles. See flyer for more details on pick up change.

Bingo Night - going well, getting more bingo cards for event.

Conferences- Will do International for meal theme.

Update on Running Path - Bid went out and came back. 2,500 more
then thought to do path
35,800 should end up being cost.
Nike Grant still waiting to hear back on due in Summer. It,s on part capital
project, which we
meet all the criteria for.
