    CONCEPT

    1 Multi modal Transit hub


    The main concept of the design is to create an urban fabric that can enhance the
    areas having proximity to the terminals.
    The main road is divided into 2 one way roads having 16m distance in between; for
    easy movements of bus flow from the main road.
    Inter State and Inter-city bus terminals are designed at two opposite sides of the
    road having connections through underpass.
    The Island between the road can be used for recreational activities, food kiosk,
    shops & seating.

    2 Shopping experience with the terminal


    The Commercial shops & Offices are attached with the interstate terminals. So that
    If there is a time difference between buses, A person may go for shopping
    meanwhile. That helps in the commercial values .
    The cost to develop a terminal can be compensated by means of selling these shops
    as well as offices.
