Preparation:
The equipment is to be used only by
people who are adequately trained.
For safety reasons, do not allow
children or young people under 16
or anyone not familiarised with this
instruction manual to use the tool.

This appliance is not intended for use

by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
Children must be supervised in order
to ensure that they do not play with
the equipment.
Never use the tool while others, especially children or pets, are close by.
Familiarise yourself with handling the
tool and pay attention to all possible
dangers that may be overheard while
working with the tool.
Check the terrain on which you will
be using the tool, and remove stones,
sticks, wires or other foreign objects
that may be caught up and spun off.
Wear proper working clothes, such as
firm footwear with non-slip soles and
strong long trousers. Do not use the
tool barefoot or wearing open-toed
sandals.
To prevent injury from the tines, only
switch the tool on in its working position.
Examine the tool beforehand every
time you use it. Do not use the tool
when the safety components (such as
the power safety catch or guard), cutting parts or bolts are missing, worn
or damaged. In particular, check the
mains cable and dead-man lever for
damage.
Only replace damaged bolts or tines
in complete sets to prevent imbalance.
Only use replacement and accessory
parts delivered and recommended by
the manufacturer. Using foreign parts
will immediately lead to loss of guarantee.

Working with the tool:

Keep your hands and feet away
from the tines while working, especially when starting up the tool
injury hazard!

Observe any noise-prevention regulations and local by-laws. Using the

tool may be limited or prohibited on
certain days such as Sundays or public holidays, or during certain times of
the day (midday, at night) or in certain
areas (such as at health spas and
hospitals).
Do not use the tool to chop up stones
or till lawn soil, as such use may damage the tool.
Do not use the tool in rain, foul
weather or damp surroundings (such
as near garden ponds or swimming
pools). Only use in daylight or good
lighting conditions.
Be sensible. Do not use the tool if you
are tired or easily distracted, or after
the use of alcohol or medicines. Take
a break as soon as you need one.
Make sure that you are standing firmly
when using the tool, especially on
slopes. If working on a slope, work
along the slope, not upwards or downwards. Be particularly careful when
changing direction on the slope. Do
not use the tool on excessively steep
slopes.
If there is any danger of slipping on
sloped ground, have a second person
secure the tool with a rod or cable.
The second person should stand up
the slope at a safe distance from the
tool.
Always hold the tool securely in both
hands while working with it.
Make sure that the grips are dry and
clean. Be careful while moving backwards danger of tripping over!
Take particular care when turning or
raising the machine.

If the chopping knife is blocked by a

foreign body, switch off the equipment
and disconnect at the plug. Remove
the foreign body (e.g. root) before restarting the equipment.
Do not use the tool if it is damaged,
incomplete or altered without the approval of the manufacturer. In particular, do not work with the tool if guards
or protection fittings are damaged or
missing.
Do not overload the tool. Only work in
the performance range stated. Do not
use tools that do not have sufficient
power for heavy jobs. Do not use the
tool for any use other than that intended by the manufacturer.
Avoid damage to the tool. Do not apply extra weight and do not drag the
tool over hard surfaces such as tiles
or steps.

Stopping work:
Warning! The tines will continue
to turn for a few seconds after you
switch the tool off. Wait until they
have stopped moving injury hazard!

Do not lift or transport the tool while

the motor is running. Turn the tool off
and wait for the tines to stop moving, then disconnect the tool from the
mains before changing the area you
are working on.
Never leave the tool unattended
where you were using it.
Switch the tool off, wait for the tines to
stop moving and disconnect the tool
from the mains under the following
circumstances:
- Always before leaving the tool.
- Before removing remnants of soil
and plants
- When the tool is not in use
- Before you conduct maintenance
or cleaning work on the tool

- If the mains cable is damaged or

caught up
- If the tool collides with an obstacle
or starts to vibrate in an unusual
manner. In this case, examine the
tool for damage, and have it
repaired if necessary.
Use the tool away from flammable
fluids or gases. Failure to do so may
result in fire or explosion.

Maintenance and storage:

Make sure that all nuts, bolts and
screws are tight and that the tool is in
safe working order.
Do not attempt to repair the tool yourself unless you are qualified to do so.
Return the tool to our service centre
to carry out any work not listed in the
user manual.
Keep the tool in a dry place out of childrens reach.
Be careful in handling the tool. Keep
the tines sharp and clean to improve
its working safety and effectiveness.
Follow the maintenance regulations.
Electrical safety:
Warning! Do not use the tool if the
mains or extension cable is damaged danger of electrical shock.

Keep the mains cable away from the

tines. Always trail the mains cable behind you or the person operating the
tool. If the cable becomes damaged
during use, immediately disconnect it
from the mains.
Never touch the mains cable before
unplugging it from the mains.

Make sure that the mains voltage

matches the data on the tools rating
label.
If possible, connect the tool to a socket
with a residual-current (RC) trip switch
at a triggering current of not more than
30 mA.
Avoid skin contact with earthed objects such as metal fences and posts.
Make sure that the connector on the
extension cable is protected from
splash water, and is made of rubber
or has a rubber covering. Only use
extension cables that are intended for
outdoor use and are labelled as such.
Use extension cables with a cable
core diameter of at least one square
millimetre. Always completely unwind
the cable reel before use. Check the
cable for damage.
Use the cable hanger fitted for the
purpose when using an extension cable.
Do not carry the tool by the cable. Do
not unplug the cable by tugging on it.
Keep the cable away from heat, oil
and sharp edges.
If the power cable for this equipment
is damaged, it must be replaced with
a special power cable, which is available from the manufacturer or a customer service agent of the same.

Functional description
Your hand-operated garden tiller is
equipped with a maintenance free electric
motor and a gearbox with sump lubrication.
The tool is fitted with four rotating tine
wheels that automatically dig themselves
into the ground.
The aluminium frame can be folded to aid
storage.
Please refer to the following descriptions
for the function of the controls.

Assembly instructions
Always disconnect the tool from the
mains before conducting any work
on it.

Scope of delivery
Carefully remove the tool from the packaging and check that the following parts
are complete:

While assembling the tool, make

sure that the mains cable does not
become caught and has enough
slack.

Intended purpose
The tool is intended for breaking up and
tilling coarse soil for the purpose of mixing
in fertiliser, peat and compost in domestic
areas.
Any use other than that specifically
named in this manual may lead to damage to the tool and represents a serious
injury hazard for the operator.
The operator or user of the tool is responsible for any damage or injury caused to
other persons or property.
This tool is intended for use by adults.
Children and persons unfamiliar with the
manual must not be allowed to use the
tool. Do not use the tool in rain or damp
surroundings.
The manufacturer shall not be held liable
for damage arising from improper use or
incorrect operation of the tool.

User manual

Fitting the grip tubing

1. Push the two fork grips (1a/1b)

into the plastic cross-plate (4),
and screw the plate into the corresponding holes in the grip tubing from behind using the bolts
provided (13).
2. Screw both central tubes (5) onto
the fork handles (1a/1b). To do
this, push the enclosed screws
(14) inwards through the holes
from the outside and screw them
in place with the wing nuts (15).
3. Position the handle rod with the
pipe ends to the left and right on
the lower frame tubing ( A 6)
and screw it in place with the enclosed screws (14) and wing nuts
(15).

When assembled correctly, the
handle ends point away from the
equipment front with the ventilation slits (see 7).
4. Fasten the mains cable with the
cable clips supplied:
- Large cable clip (3a) above the
cross-plate
- Small cable clip (3b) at the
frame tubing.

Operation
Observe noise-abatement laws and
local by-laws.

Switching on and off

Note: Before switching the tool
on, make sure that the tool is not
touching any other objects and
hold it firmly in both hands.

1. Plug the tool into the extension cable.

2. Loop the end of the extension cable and hang it onto the cable tension relief (16) to ease the tension
on the cable.
3. Plug the tool into the mains.
4. Hang the extension cable onto the
belt clip (12) and fasten it to your
trouser belt.
5. To switch on, press the safety release catch (17) and then squeeze
the dead-man lever (18). Release
the safety release catch (17).
The tines ( A 11) will begin to rotate and dig themselves into the
earth.
6. To switch off, release the deadman lever (18).

Operating instructions
Always keep a firm grip on the
tool with booth hands and watch
your feet.
The tines may cause an accident.
Be careful while moving backwards danger of tripping!
Do not touch the gearbox, as it
may become hot during operation danger of burns!
To avoid damage to the tool:
Never lift or drag the tool with the
motor running.
Lift the tool while moving it over
hard surfaces such as tiles or
steps.
Switch the tool off after working with
it and for transport; disconnect from
the mains and wait for the tines to
stop moving.
Walk the tool through the soil
at normal pace and in a line as
straight as possible.
Always work away from the
mains socket. Make sure that
the cable is kept well away from
the working area. Hanging the
cable into the belt clip included in
the package will help.
Overload protection: The motor will cut out immediately if
overloaded. The tool cannot
be used until it has completely
cooled down again.

Cleaning, maintenance,
storage
Warning! Always return the tool
to the service centre for work not
described in the manual. Only use
original parts.
Switch the tool off, unplug it from
the mains, and wait for the tines to
stop moving before carrying out any
maintenance or cleaning work on
the tool.
Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on the tool. This will ensure long, reliable service.

General cleaning and maintenance work

We shall not be held responsible for any

damage caused in any of the following
ways:
- Improper repair
- Use of non-original parts
- Use other than for the intended purpose

Changing the tines

The tool is fitted with four tine wheels that
can easily be changed in pairs. Both of
the tine-wheel pairs can be fitted on the
left or right, as required.
Always change both tine pairs at the
same time to avoid damage to the
tool from imbalance.

Do not spray the tool down with water (especially not under pressure),
and do not clean it under running
water.
Wear protective gloves when carrying out maintenance and cleaning
work on the tool to avoid injury from
cuts.
Always clean the tool thoroughly after
each use. Always keep the tool clean.
Do not use cleaning fluids or solvents.

Remove any soil and dirt residues

stuck to the tines, driveshaft, tool
surface and vents with a brush or dry
cloth.
Spray or rub biodegradable oil into the
tines.
Clean soiled grips with a damp cloth.
Always check the tool for obvious
damage such as loose, worn or damaged parts before using it. Check that
all nuts, bolts, and screws are tight.

Check the covers and guards for damage and correct fit. Change them if
necessary.

Switch the tool off, unplug it and

wait for the tines to stop turning.

1. Unscrew the hex bolt (19) and

the self-locking nut (20) on the
tine-wheel pair (11).
2. Slide the tine-wheel pair off the
shaft (10).
3. Clean the driveshaft
with biological oil.
4. Slide the new tines onto
the driveshaft with the
holes on the axles
aligned to the holes on
the driveshaft (21).
Make sure that the tines are set to
their proper turning direction. The
arrows on the gearbox and tines
should point the same way
( D No. 22).

5. Slide the hex bolt through the
hole and tighten on the selflocking nut (supplied with each
new tine wheel pair 23).

Storage

Leave the motor to cool down before

you put the tool into a closed space.
Keep the tool clean, dry and out of the
reach of children.
Do not cover the tool in plastic bags
as moisture may form.

Unscrew the wing nuts
and fold the fork grips down to reduce the
space taken by the tool.
Make sure that the cable does not become jammed.

The frame tubing also serves as a

hook to hang up the tool at the place
of storage.
Do not use the tool with the handle folded closed.

Guarantee

This tool is subject to a guarantee

period of thirty-six months. A shorter
guarantee period of 12 months shall
apply for commercially used and replacement tools according to statutory
regulations.
If you have a justified guarantee
claim, please contact us at our
service centre (see last page for
our telephone number, fax number,
and e-mail address). We will then
give you the details on the claims
procedure.

overload, or improper use is not covered by guarantee. Certain components are subject to normal wear and
are not covered by guarantee. Such
components particularly include: tines.
Guarantee service is also conditional
upon compliance with cleaning and
maintenance instructions
Any damage caused by faults in materials or manufacturing shall be remedied by free repair or replacement.
You may have repairs not covered by
guarantee carried out for a charge at
our service centre. Our service centre
will be pleased to supply you with a
cost estimate.
We can only process orders on tools
sent in with adequate postage and
packing.
Tools sent in by express, measurement cargo or other special forms
of postage with freight collect will
be refused.
We will dispose of tools free of
charge.

tool, accessories and packaging to a recycling centre when you have finished with
them.
Do not dispose of electrical appliances in household waste.

Pridravajte se zatite od buke i

lokalnih propisa. Uporaba ureaja
moe biti ograniena ili zabranjena
odreenim danima (npr. nedjeljom i
praznicima), u odreeno doba dana
(popodnevni odmor, noni mir) ili u
odreenim podrujima (npr. ljeilita,
klinike itd.).
Ureaj se ne smije primjenjivati za
usitnjavanje kamenja ili prekopavanje
travnatih povrina. Postoji opasnost
od oteenja ureaja.
Nemojte koristiti ureaj na kii,
nevremenu, u vlanoj okolini (kao npr.
uz vrtna jezerca ili bazene). Radite
samo na dnevnom svjetlu ili dobrom
osvjetljenju.
Razumno krenite na posao. Ne radite
s ureajem, kada ste umorni ili nekoncentrirani ili poslije uzimanja alkohola
ili tableta. Uvijek pravovremeno napravite stanku u radu.
Pri radu pazite na stabilno stajalite,
osobito na obroncima. Uvijek radite
popreno na obronku, nikad prema
gore ili dolje. Budite posebno oprezni, kada mijenjate smjer kretanja na
obronku. Ne radite na previe strmim
obroncima.
Ako na nizbrdici postoji opasnost
od sklizanja, tada neki pratitelj mora
ipkom ili uetom drati ureaj. Pratitelj se mora nalaziti iznad ureaja na

Udaljite vod mrenog prikljuka od

reznih alata. Mreni kabel naelno vodite iza osobe koja upravlja ureajem.
Ako se vod oteti za vrijeme uporabe,
odmah ga odvojite od mree.
Ni u kom sluaju ne dodirujte mreni
kabel, sve dok se ne izvue mreni
utika.
Pazite na to, da se mreni napon
slae s podatkom na natpisu s tipom.
Prikljuite ureaj po mogunosti samo
na utinicu sa zatitnim ureajem
struje kvara (FI-prekida) s izmjerenom strujom ne vie od 30 mA.
Izbjegavajte dodire tijela s uzemljenim
dijelovima (npr. metalne ograde, metalni stupovi).

Spojka produnog kabela mora biti

zatiena od prskanja vode, sastojati se od gume ili biti presvuena
gumom. Koristite samo produne
kablove, koji su odreeni za uporabu na otvorenom i odgovarajue su
obiljeeni. Popreni presjek spletice
produnog kabela mora iznositi najmanje 2,5 mm2. Prije uporabe uvijek
sasvim odmotajte kabelski bubanj.
Provjerite, ima li oteenja na kabelu.
Za postavljanje produnog kabela
koristite za to predvieno ovjeenje
kabela.
Ne nosite ureaj za kabel. Ne koristite kabel, kako biste izvukli utika iz
utinice. Zatitite kabel od vruine,
ulja i otrih rubova.

Runo voena elektrini kultivator opremljena je elektromotorom bez odravanja
i prigonom s podmazivanjem u uljnoj
kupelji.
Ureaj posjeduje etiri rotirajua, kaljena
noa kao rezni ureaj, koji automatski
prodiru u tlo.
Aluminijska ipka je sklopiva radi boljeg
skladitenja.

Svrha primjene
Ureaj je odreen samo za kopanje i usitnjavanje grudastoga tla i za umjeavanje
gnojiva, treseta i komposta oko kue.
Svaka druga primjena, koja nije izriito
doputena ovom Uputom, moe dovesti
do oteenja na ureaju i predstavljati
ozbiljnu opasnost za korisnika.
Posluitelj ili korisnik odgovoran je za
nesree ili oteenja drugih ljudi ili njihove
imovine.
Ureaj je odreen za uporabu od strane
odraslih osoba. Djeca kao i osobe, koje
nisu upoznate s ovom Uputom, ne smiju
koristiti ureaj. Zabranjena je uporaba
ureaja po kii ili vlanoj okolini.
Proizvoa ne jami za oteenja, koja su
prouzrokovana uporabom protivno odredbama ili pogrenim upravljanjem.

Pri montai pazite na to, da se ne
priklijeti mreni kabel i da ima dovoljno prostora.

Montaa ruki

1. Uvucite obje viliaste ruice

(1a/1b) u plastini popreni most
(3). Priloenim vijcima (13) uvijte
ih straga u za to predviene
izbuene rupe na motki s
ruicom.
2. Uvijte obje srednje preke (5) na
viliaste ruke (1a/1b). Za to provucite priloene vijke (14) izvana
prema unutra kroz otvore i vrsto
ih uvijte krilnim maticama (15).
3. Pozicionirajte ipke ruke s krajevima cijevi bono desno i lijevo
na donjoj lunoj preki (6) i vrsto
ju uvijte priloenim vijcima (14) i
krilnim maticama (15).
Kod pravilne montae krajevi
ruke su okrenuti od prednje
strane ureaja s prorezima za
prozraivanje (vidi 7).

Prije svih radova na ureaju izvucite

mreni utika.

4. Fiksirajte mreni kabel priloenim
kabelskim stezaljkama:
- veliku kabelsku stezaljku (3a)
iznad
- poprenog mosta,
- malu kabelsku stezaljku (3b) na
motku.

Upravljanje
Pridravajte se zatite od buke i
lokalnih propisa.

Ukljuenje i iskljuenje
Oprez! Prije ukljuenja pazite na
to, da ureaj ne dodiruje nikakve
predmete i dobro ga drite objema rukama.

1. Prikljuite produni kabel na mreni

utika ureaja.
2. Radi vlanog rastereenja oblikujte od kraja produnog kabela
jednu omu i ovjesite ju u vlano
rastereenje (16).
3. Prikljuite ureaj na mreni napon.
4. Objesite produni kabel u zakaku
za pojas (12) i privrstite ga na pojas hlaa.
5. Za ukljuenje pritisnite gumb za
deblokiranje (17) na ruici i poslije
toga startnu polugu (18). Otpustite
gumb za deblokiranje (17).
Noevi se poinju rotirati i ukopavaju se u tlo.
6. Za iskljuenje otpustite startnu polugu (18).
Pozor! Poslije iskljuenja ureaja
noevi se okreu jo nekoliko
sekundi. Ne dodirujte rotirajue
noeve. Postoji opasnost od povreda.

Zatita od preoptereenja: Kod
preoptereenja se motor automatski iskljui. Ureaj je opet spreman za rad tek poslije potpunog
hlaenja.

Koristite samo originalne dijelove.
Prije svih radova odravanja i
ienja iskljuite ureaj, izvucite
mreni utika i saekajte zaustavljanje noeva. Postoji opasnost od povreda i opasnost od strujnog udara.
Redovito provodite sljedee radove
odravanja i ienja. Tako je garantirana
duga i pouzdana uporaba:

Zamjena noa
Ureaj je opremljen sa etiri noa, koji se
bez problema mogu u paru mijenjati. Oba
para noeva se mogu po izboru koristiti lijevo ili desno.

Opi radovi ienja i

odravanja

Uvijek istovremeno zamijenite oba

para noeva, kako biste izbjegli
oteenja uslijed neuravnoteenosti
na ureaju.

Ureaj nemojte prskati vodom i

ne istite ga pod tekuom vodom.
Postoji opasnost od strujnog udara i
ureaj bi se mogao otetiti.
Pri radovima ienja i odravanja
nosite zatitne rukavice, kako biste
izbjegli porezotine.
Poslije svake uporabe temeljito oistite

Odstranite etkom ili suhom krpom

Prije svake uporabe kontrolirajte, ima
li na ureaju vidljivih nedostataka kao
olabavljeni, istroeni ili oteeni dijelovi.
Ispitajte vrsto nalijeganje svih matica,
klinova i vijaka.

Provjerite, ima li oteenja na poklopcima i zatitnim napravama te njihovo

pravilno nalijeganje. Zamijenite ih prema
potrebi.

Iskljuite ureaj, izvucite mreni

utika i saekajte zaustavljanje
noeva.

1. Otpustite estostrani vijak (19) i

samoosiguravajuu maticu (20)
na paru noeva (11).
2. Skinite par noeva s pogonskog
vratila (10).
3. Oistite pogonsko vratilo biouljem.
4. Navucite novi no na pogonsko
vratilo tako, da se otvori na osi
noa poklapaju s otvorima na pogonskom vratilu (21).
Pazite na pravilan smjer okretanja noeva. Strelice na prigonu i
noevima moraju biti okrenute u
istom smjeru
( D br. 22).

Ostavite da se motor ohladi, prije

Ureaj uvajte oien, suh i izvan

Otpustite krilne matice ( A br. 4) i preklopite viliaste ruice prema dolje, kako bi
ureaj zauzimao manje mjesta.

protecia fonic. Folosirea aparatului

balneare, n aproprierea unor clinici etc.)

Nu supra-solicitai dispozitivul.

menionate. Nu folosii dispozitivul la
randament slab atunci cnd vrei s
efectuai operaiuni solicitante. Nu folosii
dispozitivul n scopuri pentru care nu
este destinat.
Evitai deteriorarea aparatului. Nu ataai
greuti adiionale i nu tragei aparatul
pe suprafae dure cum ar fi cele din
faian sau n trepte.

ntreruperea lucrului:
Atenie! Dup oprirea aparatului,
pritoarele se vor mai roti timp de
cteva secunde. Ateptai ca acestea
s ajung n stare de repaus. Exist
riscul de vtmare corporal.

Aparatul nu trebuie s fie ridicat

sau transportat n timp ce motorul
funcioneaz. Atunci cnd schimbai zona
de lucru, oprii aparatul i ateptai ca
pritoarele s intre n stare de repaus.
Apoi scoatei techerul din priz.
Aparatul aflat n funciune nu trebuie
abandonat fr a fi supravegheat.
Oprii dispozitivul, ateptai ca pritoarele
s se opreasc i scoatei cablul din priz:
de fiecare dat cnd lsai maina
nesupravegheat,
cnd curai terenul i ndeprtai pri
ale plantelor,
cnd aparatul nu este folosit,
la toate lucrrile de mentenan i
curire,
n condiiile n care cablul conector este
deteriorat sau ncurcat,
dac, n timpul lucrului, aparatul ntlnete
un obstacol sau dac ncepe s vibreze
n mod neobinuit. n acest caz, verificai
dac aparatul este deteriorat i, dac este
nevoie, predai-l pentru a fi reparat.
Nu folosii aparatul n apropierea unor fluide sau gaze inflamabile. Nerespectarea
acestei instruciuni duce la risc la explozie
sau incendiu.

Mentenan i depozitare:
Asigurai-v c toate piuliele, bolurile i
uruburile sunt bine strnse i c aparatul poate fi utilizat n siguran.
Nu ncercai s reparai singuri aparatul
dac nu avei calificarea necesar.
Toate lucrrile care nu sunt descrise n
acest ghid trebuie efectuate n Centrul
nostru de Service.
Meninei aparatul ntr-un loc uscat i n
afara accesului copiilor.

Manevrai dispozitivul cu grij. Meninei

instrumentele ascuie i curate, pentru a
putea lucra mai bine i mai sigur.
Respectai intervalele de mentenan.

Siguran electric:
Atenie! Aparatul poate fi utilizat
doar atunci cnd cablurile conectoare i prelungitoare sunt n stare
impecabil. n caz contrar, exist
pericolul de electrocutare.

Meninei un interval de siguran ntre

cablul de conectare la reea i echipamentul tranant. Cablul trebuie s fie
dirijat de regul n spatele operatorului.
Dac, n timpul operrii mainii, cablul
este deteriorat, scoatei-l imediat din
priz.
Nu atingei sub nicio form cablul
nainte de a scoate techerul din priz.
Avei grij ca tensiunea de reea s
corespund datelor de pe plcua de
fabricaie.
Este ideal s conectai aparatul doar la
o priz cu disjunctor de siguran (conector FI) cu un curent nominal
de maxim 30 mA.
Evitai contactul cu componentele
mpmntate (de ex. grilaje metalice,
stlpi metalici).
Cuplajul cablului prelungitor trebuie
protejat mpotriva apei pulverizate i
trebuie s fie fabricat sau acoperit cu
un strat din cauciuc. Utilizai doar cabluri prelungitoare adecvate, special
desemnate utilizrii n aer liber i marcate corespunztor. Seciunea cablului
prelungitor trebuie s fie de minim
2,5 mm2. nainte de utilizare, derulai
complet un tambur de cabluri. Verificai
astfel nct cablul s nu fie deteriorat.
Pentru ataarea cablului prelungitor
folosii doar suportul special prevzut.
Nu v folosii de cablu pentru a aduce aparatul mai aproape de Dvs. Nu
v folosii de cablu pentru a scoate

mpotriva cldurii, uleiului i marginilor
ascuite.
n cazul n care cablul conector al
acestui aparat este deteriorat, trebuie
nlocuit cu un cablu conector special,
ce poate fi obinut de la fabricant sau
de la Serviciul Consumatorului.

Descrierea modului de
funcionare
Cultivatorul dirijat manual este dotat cu un
electromotor ce nu necesit mentenan
i cu un angrenaj lubrifiat cu baie de ulei.
Avnd n vedere c este un echipament tranant, aparatul dispune de
patru pritoare rotative, durizate, care
penetreaz automat solul.
Bara de aluminiu este rabatabil, pentru a
putea fi mai uor depozitat.
Funcia unitii de comand se regsete
n descrierile urmtoare.
Imaginea celei mai importante piese funcionale se
afl pe partea rabatabil.

Domeniu de aplicare
Aparatul este destinat zdrobirii i mrunirii
poriunilor mari de sol i aplicrii de
ngrminte, turb i compost n domeniul
casnic.
Orice alt utilizare, care nu este menionat
n acest ghid, poate duce la deteriorarea
aparatului, aceasta genernd un risc mrit
pentru utilizator.
Operatorul sau utilizatorul este responsabil
pentru accidentele sau daunele cauzate altor persoane sau asupra bunurilor acestora.
Aparatul trebuie utilizat doar de persoane
adulte. Copiii i persoanele nefamiliarizate
cu manualul de operare nu trebuie s
utilizeze aparatul. Utilizarea dispozitivului
pe ploaie sau n condiii de umiditate este
interzis.
Fabricantul nu este responsabil pentru daunele cauzate de utilizarea
necorespunztoare sau de operarea
incorect a aparatului.

Atenionare! nainte de conectare, asigurai-v c niciun
obiect nu atinge aparatul i inei

Montarea traversei-mner

1. mpingei ambele mnere de

sprijin (1a/1b) n armtura
transversal din plastic (4). cu
ajutorul uruburilor n cruce
furnizate (13), nurubai strns
armtura transversal n spatele
traversei mnerelor de sprijin.
2. nurubai cele dou traverse
centrale (5) pe mnerele de
sprijin (1a/1b). n acest sens,
mpingei uruburile furnizate
(14) prin orificii, din exterior spre
interior, i nurubai-le strns cu
piuliele-fluture (15).
3. Plasai ghidonul cu extremitile
orientate lateral n dreapta i
stnga traversei-mner inferioare
( A 6) i nurubai-l cu uruburile
(14) i piuliele-fluture (15) furnizate.
Vei ti c ai montat totul corect
dac extremitile mnerului sunt
opuse prii frontale (a aparatului)
prevzute cu orificii de aerisire
(vezi A 7).
4. Fixai cablul (2) cu bornele

Operare
Respectai regulile locale privind
protecia fonic.

1. Conectai cablul prelungitor la

techerul aparatului.
2. Pentru a suspenda dispozitivul,
dintr-unul din capetele prelungitorului formai o bucl, pe care o trecei
prin orificiul de pe mner i pe care
o agai de colierul de fixare (16)
de pe mner.
3. Conectai dispozitivul la tensiunea
de reea.
4. Suspendai cablul prelungitor n
clipul pentru centur (12) i fixai
clipul pe centura de la pantaloni.
5. Pentru conectare, apsai butonul
de siguran (17) de pe mner
i apoi levierul de pornire (18).
Eliberai butonul de siguran (17).
Pritoarele ( A 11) ncep s se
roteasc i s penetreze solul.
6. Pentru deconectare, eliberai din
nou levierul de pornire (18).
Atenie! Dup oprirea aparatului, pritoarele (11) se vor mai
roti timp de cteva secunde.
Nu atingei pritoarele rotative
(11). Exist riscul de vtmare
corporal.

Instruciuni de lucru
n timpul lucrului, inei ferm dispozitivul totdeauna cu ambele
mini i avei grij s nu atingei
membrele inferioare. Exist
risc de accidentare datorit
pritoarelor (11).
Fii ateni atunci cnd v
deplasai cu spatele. Exist riscul de a v mpiedica!

Pentru a evita deteriorarea aparatului:

Nu ridicai sau mpingei aparatul
n timp ce motorul funcioneaz.
Ridicai aparatul atunci cnd dorii
s l transportai peste suprafae
dure cum sunt cele din gresie sau
n trepte.
Pentru a evita deteriorarea aparatului i formarea de accidente:
Dup ce ai lucrat cu maina
i atunci cnd aceasta trebuie
transportat, deconectai mai nti
cablul de reea i ateptai pn
cnd pritoarele (11) sunt n stare
de repaus.
Dirijai aparatul pe sol numai n viteza de mers la pas, pe ct posibil n
linie dreapt pe sol.
n timp ce lucrai, trebuie s v
aflai mereu n linie dreapt cu priza. Avei grij ca prelungitorul s
rmn la o distan apreciabil
fa de zona de lucru. Folosii clipul
pentru centur (12) furnizat pentru
a suspenda cablul prelungitor.
Protecie la suprasolicitare:
Dac este suprasolicitat, motorul
se oprete automat. Aparatul este
din nou n stare de funcionare
doar dup ce s-a rcit complet.

Curare, Mentenan,
Depozitare
Lucrrile care nu sunt descrise n
acest manual trebuie efectuate la
centrul nostru de service. Folosii
doar piese de schimb originale.

Executai regulat urmtoarele lucrri de
mentenan i curare. Astfel este garantat
utilizarea ndelungat i fiabil a mainii.

Lucrri generale de curare i

mentenan
Nu pulverizai ap pe main i nu
o curai sub jet de ap. Exist riscul de oc electric, aparatul putnd
fi astfel deteriorat.
n timpul lucrrilor de curare i
mentenan purtai mnui de
protecie pentru a evita leziunile
cauzate de tiere.
Curii temeinic maina dup fiecare
utilizare. Este ideal s meninei aparatul curat. Evitai utilizarea de detergeni
sau solveni.

ndeprtai resturile de pmnt i

murdria remanenta de pe pritoare
(11) , arborele de comand (10),
suprafaele i orificiile de aerisire ale
mainii (7) cu o perie sau un prosop
uscat.
Pulverizai sau frecai pritoarele (11)
cu un ulei biodegradabil.
Curai mnerele murdare cu un prosop umed.
Verificai aparatul naintea fiecrei utilizri,
pentru a v asigura c nu exist piese
slbite, lips sau deteriorate. Verificai
poziia corect a tuturor piulielor,
bolurilor i uruburilor.

Verificai dac acoperitorile i echipamentele de protecie sunt n perfect

stare de funcionare i bine fixate n
poziie. Dac este cazul, nlocuii-le.

Nu ne asumm responsabilitatea pentru

daunele cauzate de aparatele fabricate
de noi, att timp ct daunele sunt generate
- de reparaii necorespunztoare,
- prin folosirea de piese neoriginale,
- prin utilizare necorespunztoare.

nlocuirea pritoarelor
Aparatul este dotat cu patru pritoare (11)
care pot fi nlocuite ca pereche. Ambele
perechi de pritoare sunt utilizabile, la alegere, pe partea stng sau dreapt.
nlocuii ambele perechi de
pritoare deodat, pentru a evita
deteriorarea prin dezechilibru a
mainii.
Oprii dispozitivul, scoatei cablul
din priz i ateptai ca pritoarele
(11) s se opreasc.

Respectai direcia corect de rotire

a pritoarei (11). Sgeile de pe angrenaj (9) i pritoare (11) trebuie
s indice n aceeai direcie
( Nr. 22).

Depozitare

Plierea aparatului
Pentru ca aparatul s ocupe un spaiu minim de depozitare, acesta poate fi pliat.

deoarece acetia favorizeaz apariia
umiditii.

Deurubai piuliele-fluture (15) i

pliai ghidonul.
Traversa-mner (6) servete i n
scopul suspendrii la locul de depozitare. .
Cablul nu trebuie s fie ncurcat.
Aparatul nu trebuie s fie folosit
cu mnerul rabatat.

Garanie

Acest aparat ofer o garanie de 36 luni.

Daunele cauzate de uzura normal,
supra-solicitarea sau operarea
necorespunztoare a aparatului sunt
excluse de la garanie.
Condiia preliminar pentru garantarea
drepturilor la garanie este respectarea

mentenan.
Daunele generate de erori de materiale
sau de fabricaie sunt eliminate gratuit,
fie prin nlocuirea cu un aparat nou, fie
prin reparare.
Condiia preliminar este ca aparatul s
fie returnat n perfect stare, mpreun
cu documentele de achiziie i garanie,
ctre centrul nostru de service.
Lucrrile de reparaii neincluse n
garanie pot fi executate, contra-cost, de
centrul nostru de service. Centrul nostru
de service v va transmite o ofert de
pre.
Putem prelucra doar aparate care au
fost predate suficient de bine ambalate/
care poart nsemnele potei.
Eventualele daune materiale survenite
n timpul transportului vor fi despgubite
de expeditor.
Aparatele transmise prin servicii cu plata
la destinatar - prin Sperrgut, Express
sau ali furnizori speciali - nu sunt acceptate.
n cazul unui drept de garanie calificat,
v rugm s contactai telefonic centrul nostru de service. Acolo vei primi
informaii suplimentare referitoare la
procesarea reclamaiei Dvs.
Reciclarea aparatelor stricate predate
de Dvs. se face n mod gratuit.

Piese de schimb
Pentru nlocuirea pieselor de schimb,
adresai-v centrului de service, la adresa
sau la numrul de fax furnizat. n momentul
efecturii comenzii, furnizai informaii privind tipul mainii Dvs. i numrul de articol
aferent piesei de schimb.

Tragen Sie geeignete Arbeitskleidung
wie festes Schuhwerk mit rutschfester
Sohle und eine robuste, lange Hose.
Benutzen Sie das Gert nicht, wenn
Sie barfu gehen oder offene Sandalen tragen.
Schalten Sie zur Vermeidung von
Schnittverletzungen das Gert nicht ein,
wenn es sich nicht in Arbeitsposition befindet.
Fhren Sie vor jeder Benutzung eine
Sichtprfung des Gertes durch. Benutzen Sie das Gert nicht, wenn Sicherheitseinrichtungen (z.B. Einschaltsperre
oder Sicherheitsabdeckung), Teile der
Schneideinrichtung oder Bolzen fehlen,
abgenutzt oder beschdigt sind. Prfen
Sie insbesondere die Netzanschlussleitung und den Starthebel auf Beschdigung.

Zur Vermeidung einer Unwucht drfen

beschdigte Werkzeuge und Bolzen nur
satzweise ausgetauscht werden.
Benutzen Sie nur Ersatz- und Zubehrteile, die vom Hersteller geliefert und
empfohlen werden. Der Einsatz von
Fremdteilen fhrt zum sofortigen Verlust
des Garantieanspruches.
Tragen Sie whrend der Arbeit festes
Schuhwerk.

Arbeiten mit dem Gert:

Halten Sie Fe und Hnde beim
Arbeiten, insbesondere bei der Inbetriebnahme, von den Hackmessern
fern. Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr!

Beachten Sie den Lrmschutz und rtliche Vorschriften. Die Benutzung des
Gertes kann an bestimmten Tagen
(z.B. Sonn- und Feiertagen), whrend
bestimmter Tageszeiten (Mittagszeiten,
Nachtruhe) oder in besonderen Gebieten (z.B. Kurorten, Kliniken etc.) eingeschrnkt oder verboten sein.
Das Gert darf nicht zum Zerkleinern
von Steinen oder zum Umgraben von
Rasenflchen verwendet werden. Es
besteht die Gefahr, das Gert zu beschdigen.
Benutzen Sie das Gert nicht bei Regen,
bei schlechter Witterung, in feuchter Umgebung (wie z.B. an Gartenteichen oder
Schwimmbecken). Arbeiten Sie nur bei
Tageslicht oder guter Beleuchtung.
Gehen Sie mit Vernunft an die Arbeit.
Arbeiten Sie mit dem Gert nicht, wenn
Sie mde oder unkonzentriert sind oder
nach der Einnahme von Alkohol oder
Tabletten. Legen Sie immer rechtzeitig
eine Arbeitspause ein.
Achten Sie beim Arbeiten auf einen sicheren Stand, insbesondere an Hngen.
Arbeiten Sie immer quer zum Hang,
niemals auf- oder abwrts. Seien Sie besonders vorsichtig, wenn Sie die Fahrtrichtung am Hang ndern. Arbeiten Sie

nicht an bermig steilen Hngen.

Besteht im hngigen Gelnde die
Gefahr des Abrutschens, so ist das
Gert von einer Begleitperson mit einer
Stange oder einem Seil zu halten. Die
Begleitperson muss sich oberhalb des
Gertes in ausreichendem Abstand
von den Arbeitswerkzeugen befinden.
Halten Sie das Gert whrend der Arbeit
immer mit beiden Hnden gut fest.
Fhren Sie das Gert nur im
Schrittempo.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Griffe trocken und sauber sind.
Achtung beim Rckwrtsgehen. Es besteht Stolpergefahr!
Seien Sie besonders vorsichtig, wenn
Sie das Gert wenden oder zu sich
heranziehen.
Falls es zu einer Blockierung der
Hackmesser durch einen Fremdkrper kommt, schalten Sie das Gert
aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
Entfernen Sie den Fremdkrper (z.B.
Wurzel), bevor Sie das Gert wieder
in Betrieb nehmen.
Arbeiten Sie nicht mit einem beschdigten, unvollstndigen oder ohne die
Zustimmung des Herstellers umgebauten Gert. Arbeiten Sie insbesondere nicht mit beschdigten oder fehlenden
Sicherheitseinrichtungen.
berlasten Sie Ihr Gert nicht. Arbeiten
Sie nur im angegebenen Leistungsbereich. Verwenden Sie keine leistungsschwachen Gerte fr schwere Arbeiten. Benutzen Sie Ihr Gert nicht fr
Zwecke, fr das es nicht bestimmt ist.
Vermeiden Sie Beschdigungen am
Gert. Bringen Sie keine Zusatzgewichte
an und ziehen Sie das Gert nicht ber
festen Untergrund wie Fliesen oder
Treppen.
Entfernen Sie regelmig Pflanzen
und Wurzelreste im Bereich der Antriebswelle. Sie vermeiden damit eine
berlastung und Beschdigung des
Gertes.

Arbeitsunterbrechungen:
Achtung! Nach dem Ausschalten des
Gertes drehen sich die Hackmesser noch fr einige Sekunden nach.
Warten Sie, bis die Hackmesser
stillstehen. Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr.

Das Gert darf nicht angehoben oder

transportiert werden, solange der Motor
luft. Schalten Sie beim Wechseln des
Arbeitsbereiches das Gert ab und warten Sie, bis die Hackmesser stillstehen.
Ziehen Sie dann den Netzstecker.
Hinterlassen Sie das Gert nie unbeaufsichtigt am Arbeitsplatz.
Schalten Sie das Gert aus, warten Sie
auf den Stillstand der Hackmesser und
ziehen Sie den Netzstecker:
- immer, wenn Sie das Gert verlassen,
- wenn Sie Boden- und Pflanzenteile
entfernen,
- wenn das Gert nicht verwendet wird,
- bei allen Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten,
- wenn die Anschlussleitung beschdigt oder verheddert ist,
- wenn das Gert beim Arbeiten auf
ein Hindernis trifft oder wenn ungewohnte Vibrationen auftreten. Untersuchen Sie in diesem Fall das Gert
auf Beschdigungen und lassen Sie
es ggf. reparieren.
Benutzen Sie das Gert nicht in der Nhe
von entzndbaren Flssigkeiten oder Gasen. Bei Nichtbeachtung besteht Brandoder Explosionsgefahr.

Wartung und Lagerung:

Sorgen Sie dafr, dass alle Muttern,
Bolzen und Schrauben fest angezogen
sind und das Gert in einem sicheren
Arbeitszustand ist.
Versuchen Sie nicht, das Gert selbst
zu reparieren, es sei denn, Sie besitzen

hierfr eine Ausbildung. Lassen Sie

smtliche Arbeiten, die nicht in dieser
Anleitung angegeben werden, von unserem Service-Center ausfhren.
Bewahren Sie das Gert an einem
trockenen Ort und auerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf.
Behandeln Sie Ihr Gert mit Sorgfalt.
Halten Sie die Werkzeuge scharf und
sauber, um besser und sicherer arbeiten zu knnen.
Befolgen Sie die Wartungsvorschriften.

Elektrische Sicherheit:
Achtung! Das Gert darf nur bei
unbeschdigtem Anschluss- und
Verlngerungskabel benutzt werden. Es besteht Gefahr durch elektrischen Schlag.

Halten Sie die Netzanschlussleitung

von den Schneidwerkzeugen fern.
Fhren Sie das Netzkabel grundstzlich
hinter der Bedienungsperson. Wird
die Leitung whrend des Gebrauchs
beschdigt, trennen Sie sie sofort vom
Netz.
Berhren Sie auf keinen Fall das
Netzkabel, solange der Netzstecker
nicht gezogen ist.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzspannung mit den Angaben des Typenschildes bereinstimmt.
Schlieen Sie das Gert nach Mglichkeit nur an eine Steckdose mit Fehlerstrom-Schutzeinrichtung (FI-Schalter)
mit einem Bemessungsstrom von nicht
mehr als 30 mA an.
Vermeiden Sie Krperberhrungen mit
geerdeten Teilen (z.B. Metallzune,
Metallpfosten).
Die Kupplung des Verlngerungskabels
muss vor Spritzwasser geschtzt sein,
aus Gummi bestehen oder mit Gummi
berzogen sein. Verwenden Sie nur

Verlngerungskabel, die fr den Gebrauch im Freien bestimmt sind und

entsprechend gekennzeichnet sind. Der
Litzenquerschnitt des Verlngerungskabels muss mindestens 2,5 mm2 betragen. Rollen Sie eine Kabeltrommel
vor Gebrauch immer ganz ab. berprfen Sie das Kabel auf Schden.
Verwenden Sie fr die Anbringung des
Verlngerungskabels die dafr vorgesehene Zugentlastung.
Tragen Sie das Gert nicht am Kabel.
Benutzen Sie das Kabel nicht, um den
Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen.
Schtzen Sie das Kabel vor Hitze, l
und scharfen Kanten.
Wenn die Anschlussleitung dieses Gertes beschdigt wird, muss sie durch
eine besondere Anschlussleitung ersetzt werden, die vom Hersteller oder
seinem Kundendienst erhltlich ist.

Funktionsbeschreibung
Der handgefhrte Gartenkultivator ist mit
einem wartungsfreien Elektromotor und
einem Getriebe mit lbadschmierung
ausgestattet.
Als Schneideinrichtung besitzt das Gert
vier rotierende, gehrtete Hackmesser,
die selbstttig in den Boden eindringen.
DieGriffholme sind zur besseren Lagerung klappbar.
Die Funktion der Bedienteile entnehmen
Sie bitte den nachfolgenden Beschreibungen.
Die Abbildung der wichtigsten Funktionsteile finden
Sie auf der Ausklappseite.

Verwendungszweck
Das Gert ist fr das Hacken und Zerkleinern grobscholligen Bodens und fr die
Einarbeitung von Dnger, Torf und Kompost
im huslichen Bereich bestimmt.
Jede andere Verwendung, die in dieser Anleitung nicht ausdrcklich zugelassen wird,
kann zu Schden am Gert fhren und eine
ernsthafte Gefahr fr den Benutzer darstellen.
Der Bediener oder Nutzer ist fr Unflle
oder Schden an anderen Menschen oder
deren Eigentum verantwortlich.
Das Gert ist zum Gebrauch durch Erwachsene bestimmt. Kinder sowie Personen, die
mit dieser Anleitung nicht vertraut sind, drfen das Gert nicht benutzen. Die Benutzung
des Gertes bei Regen oder feuchter Umgebung ist verboten.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht fr Schden, die
durch bestimmungswidrigen Gebrauch oder
falsche Bedienung verursacht wurden.

Ziehen Sie vor allen Arbeiten an
dem Gert den Netzstecker.

Achten Sie bei der Montage darauf,

dass das Netzkabel (2) nicht eingeklemmt wird und gengend Spiel
hat.

4. Fixieren Sie das Netzkabel (2) mit

den beiliegenden Kabelklemmen:
- Kabelklemme mit groer ffnung (3a) oberhalb des Querbgels,
- Kabelklemme mit kleiner ffnung (3b) am Holm.

Bedienung
Beachten Sie den Lrmschutz und
rtliche Vorschriften.

Ein- und Ausschalten

Vorsicht! Achten Sie vor dem
Einschalten darauf, dass das
Gert keine Gegenstnde berhrt
und halten Sie es mit beiden
Hnden gut fest.

Griffholme montieren

1. Schieben Sie die beiden Gabelgriffe (1a/1b) in den KunststoffQuerbgel (4). Schrauben Sie
den Querbgel mit den beiliegenden Kreuzschlitzschrauben
(13) von hinten an den Holmen
der Gabelgriffe fest.
2. Schrauben Sie die beiden Mittelholme (5) an den Gabelgriffen
(1a/1b) an. Dazu schieben Sie
die beiliegenden Schrauben (14)
von auen nach innen durch die
Bohrungen und schrauben sie
mit den Flgelmuttern (15) fest.
3. Positionieren Sie die Griffholme
mit den Rohrenden seitlich rechts
und links am unteren Bgelholm (
A 6) und schrauben dieses mit
den beiliegenden Schrauben (14)
und Flgelmuttern (15) fest.

Bei richtiger Montage zeigen die

Griff-Enden weg von der Gertevorderseite mit den Lftungsschlitzen
(siehe A 7).

Nehmen Sie das Gert vorsichtig aus der

Packung und prfen Sie, ob die nachfolgenden Teile vollstndig sind:

1. Schlieen Sie das Verlngerungskabel an den Netzstecker des Gertes an.

2. Zur Zugentlastung formen Sie
aus dem Ende des Verlngerungskabels eine Schlaufe und
hngen diese in die Zugentlastung (16) ein.
3. Schlieen Sie das Gert an die
Netzspannung an.
4. Hngen Sie das Verlngerungskabel in den Grtelclip (12) ein
und befestigen Sie diesen am
Hosengrtel.
5. Zum Einschalten drcken Sie
den Entriegelungsknopf (17)
am Gabelgriff und danach den
Starthebel (18). Lassen Sie den
Entriegelungsknopf los (17).
Die Hackmesser ( A 11) beginnen zu rotieren und graben
sich in den Boden ein.

6. Zum Ausschalten lassen Sie den

Starthebel (18) los.
Achtung! Nach dem Ausschalten des Gertes drehen sich die
Hackmesser (11) noch fr einige
Sekunden nach. Berhren Sie die
rotierenden Hackmesser (11)
nicht. Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr.

Arbeitshinweise
Halten Sie das Gert whrend der
Arbeit immer mit beiden Hnden
gut fest und achten Sie auf Ihre
Fe.
Es besteht Unfallgefahr durch
die Hackmesser (11).
Achtung beim Rckwrtsgehen.
Es besteht Stolpergefahr!
Getriebe nicht berhren - kann
nach lngerem Arbeiten hei
werden. Es besteht Verbrennungsgefahr!
Um Schden am Gert zu vermeiden:
Heben oder ziehen Sie das
Gert niemals mit laufendem
Motor.
Heben Sie das Gert zum
Transport ber feste Oberflchen wie Fliesen oder Treppen
an.
Um Verletzungen und Schden
zu vermeiden:
Schalten Sie nach der Arbeit und
zum Transport das Gert aus,
ziehen Sie den Netzstecker und
warten Sie den Stillstand der Hackmesser (11) ab.
Fhren Sie das Gert im Schritttempo in mglichst geraden
Bahnen durch den Boden.

Arbeiten Sie stets von der

Steckdose weggehend. Achten
Sie darauf, dass das Kabel vom
Arbeitsbereich fern bleibt. Der
im Lieferumfang enthaltene
Grtelclip (12) zum Einhngen
des Verlngerungskabels hilft
Ihnen dabei.
berlastschutz: Bei berlastung schaltet der Motor automatisch ab. Das Gert ist erst nach
vollstndiger Abkhlung wieder
betriebsbereit.

Reinigung, Wartung,
Lagerung
Lassen Sie Arbeiten, die nicht in
dieser Anleitung beschrieben sind,
von unserem Service-Center durchfhren. Verwenden Sie nur Originalteile.
Schalten Sie vor allen Wartungsund Reinigungsarbeiten das Gert
aus, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker
und warten Sie den Stillstand der
Hackmesser (11) ab. Es besteht
Verletzungsgefahr und die Gefahr
eines Stromschlags.
Fhren Sie folgende Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten regelmig durch. Dadurch
ist eine lange und zuverlssige Nutzung
gewhrleistet:

Allgemeine Reinigungs- und

Wartungsarbeiten
Spritzen Sie das Gert nicht mit
Wasser ab und reinigen Sie es
nicht unter flieendem Wasser. Es
besteht Gefahr von Stromschlag
und das Gert knnte beschdigt
werden.

Tragen Sie bei Reinigungs- und
Wartungsarbeiten Schutzhandschuhe, um Schnittverletzungen zu
vermeiden.

Reinigen Sie das Gert nach jedem Gebrauch grndlich. Halten Sie das Gert
stets sauber. Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungs- bzw. Lsungsmittel.

Schalten Sie das Gert aus, ziehen

Sie den Netzstecker und warten Sie
den Stillstand der Hackmesser (11)
ab.

1. Lsen Sie die Sechskantschraube (19) und die selbstsichernde

Mutter (20) am Hackmesserpaar (11).

3. Reinigen Sie die Antriebswelle

(10)mit Bio-l.
4. Schieben Sie das neue Hackmesser (11) so auf die Antriebswelle (10) auf, dass die Bohrungen der Messerachse mit den
Bohrungen auf der Antriebswelle
(10) bereinstimmen
(siehe D 21).
Achten Sie auf die korrekte Drehrichtung der Hackmesser (11). Die
Pfeile auf Getriebe (9) und Hackmesser (11) mssen in die gleiche
Richtung zeigen
( D Nr. 22).
5. Schieben Sie die Sechskantschraube (19) durch die
Bohrung und schrauben Sie eine
neue selbstsichernde Mutter (im
Lieferumfang eines neuen Hackmessers enthalten) auf
(siehe D 23).

Hackmesser austauschen

Tauschen Sie immer beide Messerpaare gleichzeitig aus, um Schden

durch Unwucht am Gert zu vermeiden.

2. Ziehen Sie das Hackmesserpaar von der Antriebswelle (10)

ab.

Entfernen Sie anhaftende Boden- und

Schmutzreste an Hackmesser (11) ,
Antriebswelle (10), Gerteoberflche
und Lftungsschlitzen (7) mit einer
Brste oder trockenem Lappen.
Sprhen oder reiben Sie die Hackmesser (11) mit einem biologisch abbaubaren l ein.
Reinigen Sie verschmutzte Griffe mit
einem feuchten Tuch.
Kontrollieren Sie das Gert vor jedem
Gebrauch auf offensichtliche Mngel
wie lose, abgenutzte oder beschdigte
Teile. Prfen Sie den festen Sitz aller
Muttern, Bolzen und Schrauben.
berprfen Sie Abdeckungen und
Schutzeinrichtungen auf Beschdigungen und korrekten Sitz. Tauschen
Sie diese gegebenenfalls aus.

Das Gert ist mit vier Hackmessern (11)

ausgestattet, die problemlos paarweise zu
wechseln sind. Beide Hackmesserpaare
sind wahlweise links oder rechts einsetzbar.

Lagerung

Lassen Sie den Motor abkhlen, bevor

Sie das Gert in geschlossenen Rumen abstellen.
Bewahren Sie das Gert gereinigt,
trocken und auerhalb der Reichweite
von Kindern auf.
Umhllen Sie das Gert nicht mit Kunststoffscken, da sich Feuchtigkeit bilden
knnte.

Gert zusammenklappen
Um Platz zu sparen, kann das Gert zusammengeklappt werden.

Lockern Sie die Flgelmuttern (15)
