    The Democratic National Committee has approved a progressive draft platform that includes many proposals supported by Sanders but not all of them. The Sanders campaign argues it is not progressive enough because it did not adopt 100% of their proposals. However, the platform has majority support among Democrats. It calls for ambitious jobs programs and infrastructure investment, increasing the minimum wage to $15 an hour over time, strengthening unions, expanding access to healthcare and Social Security, criminal justice reforms, generating 50% clean energy within 10 years, and opposing Arctic drilling.     The DNC has approved a very progressive draft platform. In typical fashion,
    the Sanders camp is now saying it is not progressive because it did not adopt
    100% of its proposals. The reality is, this is the platform that is supported
    by the majority of Democrats. Dont be fooled.
