Tomatoes are one kind of fruits. It contain vitamin C and A, also can medicate the
various disease. There are many advantages of tomato is very good for consumed anyone.
Tomatoes are naturally low in sodium, saturated fat, cholesterol, and calories. Tomatoes
also provide thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, magnesium, phosphorus and copper, all of
which are necessary for goodhealth.
There are the advantages of tomatoes:

The good tomato is red, because the content of vitamin A and C, in addition the red
color in tomatoes contain Lycopene, an antioxidant substance that can destroy free
radicals in our body.
