Loom 8head/12head along with accessories, Warping M/C, Beams etc:

100 Machines x 2 Lakhs = 200 Lakhs

Total Production of 100 M/C per 10 Hrs Shift:

15 Kgs per day x 100 M/C = 1500Kgs per day

25 Working days x 1500Kgs = 37,500kgs or 37 Ton per Month

A Total Conversion Cost:

37Ton x Rs18, 000/- (Per Ton) = Rs6, 66,000/- or Rs6, 60,000/-

B Total Expense of Labour & Power per Month = Rs1, 50,000/-

Net Profit:

A – B i.e. 6.6Lakhs – 1.5Lakhs = 5.10Lakhs or 5Lakhs

Percent Profit:

5 x 100 = 2.5%
