• Gaylord Entertainment
Took incoming calls and was responsible for accommodating
customers in setting up room and attraction reservations via the
phone.
Reservations Agent – 1996-1999.

• Prevost Tour Bus Comp.

Responsible for all incoming and outgoing ticketed orders. I was in
charge of all the shipping and receiving duties within the
warehouse and sales department.
Warehouse Manager – 1999-2002

Responsible for maintaining all doors and locks to on and off
campus properties. Was responsible for updating all faculty and
students electronic key cards on a daily basis.
