Summer planning/budget:
- Olivia mentioned that events focusing on food happen on Fridays so as not to coincide with
summer dining.

- DH doesn’t think that budget is above $2000.

- Olivia thinks that last year’s budget for dining was around $250 (tables etc.)

- Olivia will ask whether alcohol will be allowed during summer events.

- Constructions will start right after reunions, might move the events from south lawn.

GC guide:
- The GC guide should be online

- I will update the GC guide info.

GC website:
-DH mentioned that a better platform is needed – the system is too old.

- DH will try to figure out something with Matt.

- DJ suggested if there is a list of a lot of things to change we could hire someone to do it.

- Olivia suggested to DH to investigate what kind of changes can be done.

- Lizette suggested we could have a facebook page.

- Olivia suggested we should have a wish list and then we can talk again.
Surplus:
- Surplus can be used to make improvements to Van Dyke library

- DH suggested to follow Lorne’s suggestion and keep surplus around $30000

End of year party.

- Lizette will email Daniell if things are arranged between GSG and building/dining services for
cleaning up.

- $1000 will be given to GSG for the party, $400 of which can be used to hire people to clean.

- DJ will be meeting with dining services at dining hall – he will create a facebook event.

- DJ will email house committee for 30 minute slots for meeting with Marybeth/dining services
