Portfolio Directions: Choose artifacts (i.e. - your capstone project, other projects you have submitted throughout the MMI program or projects completed
through your employment that demonstrate knowledge and skill gained from the MMI program) and write reflection papers articulating why the artifact provide
evidence that you achieved the desired course outcomes described below in the scoring rubric.
Reflection Paper Directions: Critically reflect on your experience in the MMI program. Create a framework for your portfolio (for example, Clinical
Applications, Technology, Healthcare Administration or a framework based on each course taken in the program). Write a reflection paper(s) that addresses the

areas for improvement for future development.
