HUNTERSVILLE, NC:

On Thursday June 3, 2010, an investigation conducted by the Huntersville Police Department led to
the arrest of Huntersville resident Teresa L. Bertucci, W/F, DOB: 10/8/72 (16826 Laureate Road,
Huntersville, NC 28078). Ms. Bertucci solicited an undercover Huntersville Police Officer to severely
assault a former boyfriend. She was also charged with Possession of Schedule III and IV Controlled
Substances, Possession of Stolen Goods, Resist, Delay, Obstruct Investigation and Attempting to
Destroy Criminal Evidence.

Officers are currently investigating other possible felony charges related to this case. Ms. Bertucci
is currently being held with no bond at the Mecklenburg County Jail.
