Blue Heron Elementary…“Where Minds Soar and Dreams Take Flight”

Communications
We have finished up our shark study with many
activities and great books and video clips about sharks.
The students have had fun learning about them I will
include some neat web sites that we found on the back.

Math
We have measured the enamel of different shark
teeth (on paper) and have compared that to the length of
the shark. We found that the larger the tooth, the larger
the shark! We also took the final 3 minute check on
multiplication for the trimester.
 Extras/ Items to Note:
1. Things to come:
Daily: read 20 minutes and practice facts
*Monday: We will be CLEANING and bringing many
things home
*Tuesday:
*Wednesday: last day of school, roller skating at
Saints North, “Meet your teacher” for students only
at 3:00pm, final report cards home
