Internal-utility bills, supplies, incentives for savings, company wide pledge.

How to save Latter & Blum money/energy through behavioral changes, the St.
Tammany School District was used as an example. They were able to save 5
million dollars within 48 months through changes in consumption i.e. turning
off lights, computers , programmable thermostats…http://energy.stpsb.org/

Areas of Concern:
Office lighting & computers – individual participation needed
Common area lights – possible timer
Air/Heat – possible timer
Waste – paper
