Midwest Kid Fest & Teddy Bear Parade Fri, 6/18, 11am-7pm, Island Park. Join
the Fargo Park District in this day by, for and about kids. Bring a teddy bear to
and march in the Teddy Bear Parade (register at Dike West at 10am; parade
begins at 10:30am). Then have fun at interactive educational booths, carnival
games and entertainment stages. All activities are free!
7th Annual Page Community Days 5k Run/Walk Sat 6/19, Page School in Page,
ND. Proceeds raised benefit the National MS Society. T-shirts, door prizes, and
lunch for runners. $100 prize to the first runner to break the course record of

Tuesday Tunes at Noon! Tues, 6/22, Noon-1pm, Great Northern Park, in
downtown Fargo. Spend your lunch hour enjoying the outdoors in one of Fargos
newest parks downtown. Concerts will feature musicians from the area
performing live.
Addyshack is back! 6/29, Osgood Golf Course It's time for the Advertising
Federation Golferoo at Osgood Golf Course. Whether you have a putting green
in your office or can't even spell putter, come out for networking and fun with
some of the top advertising and marketing departments and professionals in the
area! Register before June 4th and pay only $45/person or $160/foursome
(golf/dinner/social). Hole sponsorships are only $100 (includes one

Carrie Underwood 6/17, Fargodome. Didnt she win American Idol or
something? We hear shes a real up-and-comer. You heard it here first, folks.
Bearded Men Improv Group 10:30pm, FMCT. Bearded men are funny.
Two Many Banjos 8pm, The HoDo. No cover. Hogwash! Theres no such thing
as too many banjos.
The Roosters 6pm, Fargo Elks (outdoor concert).
Singing with the All-Stars 8:30pm, Divas & Rockstars. Come for the finals of the
Singing with the All-Stars karaoke competition. Local sporting celebrities are
paired with weekly context winners to crown a champion.

Friday, June 18
Eldon Johnson & Mike 7pm, Hilton Garden Inn. Join Eldon and Mike for an
Armed Forces Appreciation party. It is a free, all ages event open to everybody
and is for the whole family. Join them as they say THANK YOU to the brave men
and women in the ND National Guard and bring your dancing shoes!

The White Album: The Beatles Meet the Plains Check out this exhibition and
see how the Museums permanent collection is interpreted through the Beatles
landmark White Album. Ob-la-di, Ob-la-da.
Landmark: Views of the Moorhead Power Plant - This exhibition presents the
work of seven artists from the region. Their work in oil, pastel, watercolor, mixed
media, and photography range from bird's eye views of the building's setting on
the Red River to close-up details of the Moorhead Power Plant.
Individual to Icon: Portraits of the Famous and Almost Famous from Folk Art to
Facebook is now on display. Seriously, you need to see this exhibition. One of
the installations is a huge, 30-foot long projection of hundreds of individual
video diaries. Its a humdinger.
Microcosm/Macrocosm: Recent Work by Andrew David Stark Andrew David
Stark exemplifies a fascination with the natural world with this painting series.
