Eggs in a Basket
 Egg 1. Heat pan to med temp
 Slice, Whole Grain 2. Spray pan with Pam
Bread 3. Cut half-dollar size
 Cooking Spray whole in bread, place in
 Salt & Pepper to Taste pan. Cook 1-2 min and
flip.

Eggs a la Marinara 1. Heat pan to med temp
 Egg 2. Spray pan with Pam
 ½ onion, chopped 3. Sauté onions and garlic

tomatoes 4. Add in diced tomatoes,
 2 cloves garlic, chopped cook for 8-9 minutes
 Cooking Spray 5. Crack egg into center of
 Salt & Pepper to Taste sauce, continue

Dill-Feta Scramble 1. Heat pan to med temp
 ½ c Egg Whites 2. Spray pan with Pam
 2 scallions, chopped 3. Sauté scallions for 1
 .5 oz feta cheese minute
 2 tsp fresh dill 4. Add in egg whites and
 Cooking Spray stir for one minute
 Salt & Pepper to Taste 5. Fold in feta, dill, salt
and pepper. Cook for
