    I would like to inform you that our canter had established a organization called ” lliterate blind help centre
    kapam kathmandu nepal” (IBHC)whose objectives is to look after thoseL blind child who were neglected from
    the country, society even from their own family .They were discriminated in every field of their life. So this
    organization had been established to promote those blind and to protect them from discrimination. We will fight
    for these blind and to save their fundamental rights. And we also like to inform all that our national government
    shows its deafness about these problems even though we had informed them several times. We are also
    conducting cultural programs for them in the public places and street with the help of their own traditional
    talents.So our organization heartily request to all those personalities who are interested to help these blind
    children.man and woman , would consult with us and we will accept your both support financial ,physica and.
