According to a report by G. John Richards, Prosecuting Attorney of Lincoln County, the


following case was heard in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County before the Honorable Ben
Burkemper on June 22, 2010.

STATE OF MISSOURI VS. BARRY CRICK

Barry Crick, 52, of Foley, entered a plea of guilty to the Class C Felony of possession of a
controlled substance. The defendant received a suspended execution of sentence of five years in
the Missouri Department of Corrections and was placed on five years probation with the
Missouri Board of Probation and Parole. The Court ordered the defendant to undergo drug
treatment. The Court followed the State’s recommendation. This sentence arose out of the
events of December 21, 2008, in the County of Lincoln, State of Missouri, the defendant
possessed Cocaine, a controlled substance, knowing of its presence and nature.
