My name is Wenceslao Lacaze and I’ve been working as a SAP
basis Administrator and Solution Manager Consultant for the last 8
years.
I’m a Techno-Functional SAP Solution Manager Subject Matter
Expert (SME), I Design, Build and Implement the product using “Run
Sap” Methodology.
I have developed a very extended experience with medium and
large scaled SAP installations in several (multi)national
environments.

Logon
To logon in Wily Introscope you need to open the internet Explorer and go to the
address: http://<Introscope hostname>:8081/webview
The Default Administrator user is “Admin” and password “Admin89”
When you logon the Introscope show 3 tabs:
Main Window:
• Console
Pre-customized views of Performance Data
• Investigator
Tree view of all available data
• Transaction Viewer
Create and display traces of individual user’s transactions.

Console
In this screen you can see in graphical way all the information related about the
status of all the Java systems in the Landscape
Use the drop box to select the Views required
If you open the View” 0_Sap Overview” (Template view you can see all the
predefined views,)
You can click over the colored boxes and open the new view with all the details.

In the left side of the screen you can change the Time range of the Performance
data showed.
And if you click in the Lens Icon you can filter the information to only 1 agent.

Investigator
In the Investigator screen you can see the same Performance Data Information but
in tree way. You can easily see the information related with 1 host.
You can create Domains (read the Custom Guide for Introscope document), this
allow to create groups of systems by domains.
If you open the nodes you can see the information and the values related

Transaction Viewer
With this view we can create and saves traces for 1 specific task in the Java
environments
