Agrani Foundation

Introduction

The organization was founded by Chandragupta Institute of Management Patna’s students in

February 2010. It was a matter of courage that out of the batch of 47 students, two opted out
of the placement process to start their own organization. It was on 3rd of April 2010, that the
organization was officially announced by Honorable Nitish Kumar (Chief Minister of Bihar).

The organization does not believe in normal course of work, rather in innovative and creative
methodology to achieve its objective. Whatever we will do will add value in modifying the
existing system.

Team

The team as of now comprises of Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Banking

Medical, Dental, Psychology, Accounting experts. Team members have worked with IBM,
Accenture etc in the past.

Project portfolio

The projects completed till now can be seen on the website which has been designed by the
team only. We have done a research project for health department, Govt. of Bihar related to
health infrastructure; need gap, and strategies to be taken. We have visited health centers,
interacted with patients, interacted with service providers etc and gathered field experience in
more than half districts of Bihar. We have worked with Govt. of Bihar, Reserve Bank of India,
Punjab National Bank, microfinance companies, and many other organizations.

The company has different verticals to cater different work domain.

We have worked on skill development and training through small Management Development
Programs. These programs has enhanced efficiency, IT, HR and management skills of the
employees.

We are giving consultancy to organizations in Bihar related to product launching, product

development, advertising, and promotion through different divisions.

We are very good in designing an innovative and efficient service delivery model.

In a short span of time, we have shown our mettle in different projects.

Though we are a young organization but we have been delivering quality efficiently and believe
quality is not the matter of age.
We are hopeful and look forward to work on projects related to Bihar Health Society.
