Objective: To evaluate one student teacher’s class. Student teachers must provide two
of these evaluations per month during his/her student teaching practice.
Dear Guide Teacher: Please evaluate each aspect of the student teacher class by
putting an X in the corresponding box according to the following scale:
5: Very good
4: Good
3. Fair
2: Poor

1. - Quality of initial motivation.
2. - Ability to keep students’ interest throughout the lesson.
3. - Communication of the objectives of the Lesson.
4. - Mastery of language contents to be taught.
