    RE: UNIVERSITY WIDE GENERAL ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ( UGAC)

    I am pleased to appoint the Executive Secretary, Van Rudolph R. Cabasan to


    head the University Wide General Assembly Committee. This shall be the committee
    that will organize

    June 21 – 25: Brainstorming and Consultation and reservation of


    Gymnasium

    June 28 – June 30: Drafting of Guidelines

    July 2: Finalization and distribution of Guidelines
