    Dear Sir,

    I am Major BC Omprakash customer of your bank having savings A/C NO 541002010002382.


    In the month of Nov 2009 my accounts office has sent a cheque bearing No 863329 for Rs 23340/-
    on account of TA/DA. Till date it is not credited in my account. It is requested that the cheque
    amount immediately credited to my account. In case if any other reasons the cheque has not been
    received by you bank please intimate me in writing so that I can request my accounts office to issue
    a fresh cheque.
