Champion Alonso Still Optimistic

Double world champion, Fernando Alonso remains optimistic that the Ferrari will be featured as a
champion of Formula One despite failed to gain points in the race in England last week.
   
The Spaniard was appealing that his team did not fall in love after he and his colleagues from Brazil's
Felipe Massa was 14th and ranked 15th in the race at Silverstone on Sunday. "My friends, keep your
head up. We will win this race," Alonso said the team radio after appearing as a driver's fastest lap at the
end of the race.

"We're just half way in the race this season and still have time to fix the position. We have a great
vehicle and we prove it on one of our fastest lap (lap)," he said. "Again, this is just a half hour and we'll
do better at the next race."

Ferrari appearance Sunday as the worst experienced by the Italian team this season and the first failure
in the points in the race since the end of the season in 2009 in Abu Dhabi.

Massa failed to gain points in the last three races while Alonso collects 19 numbers and are in fifth place
overall, 47 points behind the leaders while the McLaren driver, Lewis Hamilton, with the remaining nine
rounds and 225 points again.
   
Ferrari in third category of plants, 113 points behind the McLaren. "We are angry because they could
not points but this anger should be channeled in a positive way," said team boss Stefano Domenicali.
"We must continue our pursuit to develop vehicles, work quietly, with a high concentration and good
