Session approved an amount up to $1000 to cover the purchase of hot dog
supplies, advertisement, and freezies for the Pincourt 50th Anniversary event to be held in Bellevue Park on August 21st. Hot Dogs and freezies will be handed out free of charge at the event by our congregation as an outreach opportunity. An ad-hoc committee will be formed to handle the arrangements and volunteers are encouraged to participate. The garage sale event raised $600. $500 was donated to World Vision and the remaining $100 was allocated to the Youth fund. Vacation Bible School will be held August 23-27 at our church. Session approved an additional $100 to the VBS budget to cover the purchase of craft supplies. Tithe: session approved a donation of $50 each to Operation Mobilization Canada, Welcome Hall Mission, and Campaign Life Coalition. Rosemarie Lebel has volunteered to publish a quarterly church newsletter. The first edition is expected at the end of June.
